True mate. I just don't understand how can people spit garbage about strike rate. He's the reason who frustrates and incites the bowling attach by chewing up all the balls and wearing them out. Do you think even after returning to the dressing room and lying in an ice filled bath tub for 30 minutes, then getting a gentle massage, his body would have recovered from that battering. There was this crack on the pitch around the short- of-length spot from where the ball would just take off. Cummins has the skill to make the ball rear up from there and make it follow you. In case I took my hand up to defend it, there was a risk that I would glove the ball. Perfect test player as quoted in "the test" series
True mate. I just don't understand how can people spit garbage about strike rate. He's the reason who frustrates and incites the bowling attach by chewing up all the balls and wearing them out. And mellow down the blow to rest of the folks and then they make runs. The amount of grit and perseverance he shows is unparallel.
Awesome comment 🔥
@@matadorlksh very flawed and circumstancial argument . cummins bowled superbly throughout despite bowling continuously to pujara ... his strike rate is often indeed very low , today it is appreciated and brilliant because it ruled out possibility of loss but perfect test innings was shubman gill..today very tough conditions final day pitch , even when it is not so he reduces strike rate of team considerably and is sometimes a liability , celebrate his contribution today but dont be blind to his shortcomings

Who is after India's win.. Pujara is the real hero.. 😢
Look carefully! He is watching the ball all the way. He can pull it easily. But the fact that they had placed two fielders in that third man square leg region, he didn't go for it. He got hit on the body several times. People tend to counter attack but he remained calm. Not like Rohit who pulled and gave a simple catch to the fielder and threw his wicket.

Bhai, please do not imagine that you and I, watching this man's selflessness for India, we watching on TV in the air-conditioned comfort of our living rooms, drinking sherbet and soft drinks and snacking on chai-pakoda, don't even think you can imagine the pain and body-shock this man felt when he deliberately decided to get hit to save the Test match for India. Do you realise that damaged muscle would have partly frozen and limited his mobility? Do you think even after returning to the dressing room and lying in an ice filled bath tub for 30 minutes, then getting a gentle massage, his body would have recovered from that battering. He would taken almost a month to stop feeling aches and stiffness.
We watched on TV, saw the replays from 10 angles, but Pujara felt the brute force anger and frustration of that fast bowler. Please respect him.
