one day i was trying to remember my first girlfriends last name. after a few minutes of hard trying , i figured... give my brain time to figure it out for me. the next day while working on a car, BAM out of nowhere. Ferguson. i have since then learned a little meditation goes a long way. having a belief in a higher power is a great thing. and even briefly experienced nirvana, without really trying. the key is. being open to the reality in front of you .
I tried not thinking about my asthma & neuropathy for over a year, and today I found I can barely walk or stand. I should have been a hell of a lot more obsessive about the problem when there was time to fix it.
"Ultralearning" by Scott H. Young discusses how the subconscious mind plays a crucial role in problem-solving and learning. The subconscious can process large amounts of information simultaneously, often working on problems and making connections while the conscious mind is at rest or engaged in other activities.
Reflection is key. If you act without intention, you will forever be a slave to your natural instincts... which aren't always in your own best interests. In fact, your instinctual reactions and actions can be toxic to *others* as well. Be mindful. Reflect, oh, sentient ones. 🐲✨🐲✨🐲✨ "Before I start, I must see my end. Destination known, my mind's journey now begins. Upon my chariot, heart and soul's fate revealed. In time, all points converge; hope's strength, resteeled. But to earn final peace at the universe's endless refrain, we must see all in nothingness... before we start again." 🐲✨🐲✨🐲✨ --Diamond Dragons (series)
