Mum, Jade-Marie here! I feel our little family is super special as not only was I told I could not have children, and then had my beautiful Dawn-louise, I was told my daughter having half a heart (Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, a terminal CHD (Congenital heart defect) meant she wouldn’t live a long and happy life, well, these vlogs go to show how strong a heart warrior she really is! 👊🏻 Half A Heart, Not Half A Life ❤️ #HLHS #feedingseals #weymouthsealife
