So thorough Gil!!! Frickin amazing transcription with alternate string/pedal runs you volunteered. Your overall familiarity with the pedals, strings and KNLs is amazing. Thanks for Weldon's incredible solo!
How about a look at Don Williams, Some Broken Hearts Never Mind? There are some great folks and solos in this song. Thanks again. Do you have a PayPal account? Wouldn't mind making a donation for the help.
Great video Gilroy! Really love your straightforward approach, super helpful for figuring out a slippery break like this one. One question -- I noticed that when you engage your left knee levers, the guitar appears to "buck" a bit or shift slightly. I just upgraded from a student-model ShoBud to a MSA with the full E9 copedent a few months ago, and have been noticing the same happens to me when I engage the knee levers with anything more than a bit of force. Is this something you have tried to adjust or reduce at all, either with your steel setup or technique?
Solo really makes the bridge to this song special

Thank you for getting to my request so fast.
I don't think anyone has put out a video on this song, before now. Great job. Thank you for all you do.
very good, thanks a lot!
Glad to do it. That was a fun one to figure out. I never copied his lead because it’s not my style but when I played it I started liking it more!
Hate to ask you for another, but came across this one.
At least the intro and solo,
Thank you

Could you teach "tonight I'll be staying here with you" ?
