When I hear the invitation to become a teacher of presence, the ego says "Yes, that sounds good". So I think any teaching of presence I do will be most effective if I forget about trying to teach anything.

not only Buddhas! We need Budhas who are willing to learn untill they really can teach it towards others, because "just" being enlighted does not have to mean automatically being a good /effective spiritual teacher like Eckhardt Tolle. That´s why even Buddhas should consider to participate in workshops like offered from Eckhardt. I would, if I could afford it... ...but no negativity arises out of that; ("I") just let it be. Nevertheless I do have aims, but I do not have any form of expectation which would quite surely lead me to various experiences of disappointment sooner or later... any suggestions what might be good ways for already enlighted persons to evolve all the theoratical and rhetorical skills for becoming able to express ones (practical) oneness /unity with the everlasting present moment? And who would like to be teached by a Buddha (same state like the state of Eckhardt Tolle but, in my case, much much younger and much less competence in explaining yet ...) ? Thank you!

Please pray for me and my children. I know Jesus is coming soon. I will keep faith. I will lay my fears upon the Lord! As a single mother I’m overwhelmed at times because both of my children are autistic. I’m desperately struggling trying to support them my husband passed years ago. Since covid I’ve been struggling. I lost my job as a social worker at Forsyth hospital because I declined the vaccine. I declined because of my pre existing health condition lupus and heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption. I’m waitressing and I’m so THANKFUL to be working again, but I’m not making nearly enough to make ends meet. I also started homeschooling my boys due to them having many issues including bullying so my hours to work are limited. But even as I struggle every month to pay rent and to buy groceries and even though I’m ashamed because of my situation. I have faith that God will provide. He has this far. Faith is truly the key. Please pray for me and my children. GOD BLESS!😊❤
Start to follow Tolles teaching, only a higher conscious can get you out of it, not a personalized God figure. Because where is your God now a mere believe will not help you.

I was going to join this course but I don't think I'm ready. I totally get the concept of presence but I find being present quite difficult because I suffer from anxiety and other mental health issues. Hopefully soon I will be in a position where I can be a teacher of presence but I don't think the right time for me is now (not a pun :) I know there is only now lol) I wish everyone taking the course a successful transition.

Is it possible you're one of "those people" who need to see "that person" in others? Perhaps more notably at the moment when such an ego could be observed through meditation? ("No! No! It's _HER!_ She's ONE OF THEM! Don't listen!"). From my own experience, that's what I'd be thinking (in terms of what's important).

The time difference for Taipei, Taiwan is 14hr ahead of Alberta, Canada, this prevent us from joining the virtual program. I do hope to join the in person program in the near future if the school of awakening is held annually (Retreat at Louise Lake will be a dream come true to me as I’ve always wanted to go in person.) Don’t worry about growing old….change that to growing wise. Wisdom is a degree from living life. The voice you can hear only by being still and aware. No more the past and conditioning that gives you the self identity that you identify as as the true purpose of existence

Like Eckhart said, when he did not react to a driver shouting at him, the driver became even more angry and started shouting louder. Remaining calm when someone with a large ego is angry with you at work often makes the person worse and the situation escalates very quickly. In these situations 'reacting with presence' can bring more anger to you and in work situations 'unlike the car situation' you will have to work with the person over a long period.

The I am within me feels the pull towards helping to awaken others, I see it as who I am, not what I do, in my everyday interactions, I see how presence changes how people perceive me, how some are drawn to me, and some others seem to fear and avoid me... Your teaching helped me realize that the universe will work through me, I am still unclear how that will happen, in the same way the words come out of my mouth without knowing what they are saying, a leap of faith I believe is needed to be able to let the universe or consciousness work through you, in this case according to what I understood, trusting the wisdom from within, consciousness, will accomplish this through me, I guess as it does with you... Would that be accurate?
