Thank you for posting this video. On my way home from work I got the dreaded reduced engine power warning but she was still getting me home. Then I went over some train tracks and lost engine power. While I was on hold waiting for my insurance company to find a tow truck I did a little bit of googling which long story short let me to your video. Thanks to you I was able to find where my throttle body was located and disconnected the power to it and reseed the connection. After I did that I turned my car back on and my engine instantly sounded different. When I pressed my gas pedal my engine started revving. Long story short thanks to you I was able to get home while still on hold with my insurance company as they couldn't find a tow truck driver to come get me in the middle of nowhere. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Battery needs to be disconnected before disconnecting any wire connection to any sensor you are replacing. A lot of times, they are not mentioned to do so.

Is there any relearn procedure for this engine when changing the throttle body?
Thanks for the helpful video. Was it necessary to do a throttle body relearn because of a high idle?
Best descriptive video of life
After replacing the throttle body, do I need to do a relearn? For reference I have a 2009 cobalt 2.2L. LT. If so, what's that procedure?
