You should do a collab with him. The Snap caption tool would go perfectly with your text+ script that allows people to change the settings of text+ on the timeline
@@TheOrsonLord I was curious so I just tested William's "Timeline Tools" with the captions generated with your tool. I changed size, color, and font of the first text+, and it applied it to the rest of the captions 😎 You two guys make such amazing stuff! Thank you.
I think I love and respect you as an editor I swear you brought me to tears laughing cause I have run into that issue with Tik Tokers the text is covered by the UI but the text can not be too small or too big and it has to be right here
Hey @TheOrsonLord really nice work you've done, one thing I don't understand is the scaling of the timelines, if I scale my different elements as video clip texts etc in the edit here timeline to fitting they make zero sense in the preview timeline, if I then adjust them to fitting using the preview timline as a reference the elements make no sense in the edit timeline wich I am exporting in the end. Like the Clip is way to zoomed in. Why did you chose "scale entire image to fit" in the preview timeline, and "scale full frame with no crop" for the edit timeline. As it is your demo project makes the whole guessing how the result on the phone might be even worse. At least for more complex timelines. Any help would be appriciated!
Thanks so much for brining this up in the discord and TH-cam comments. I just fixed it last week so the timelines should be correct. I will make an update video about it once I get some time back after my next big product launch!

It's not that I don't care, as a small creator I only have so many hours a day to make things work. I've done as much as I can to make this as accessible and free to people as possible. The second half of this video does cover a tool that doesn't require an Iphone.

And btw, there are not app for android anyway. And as far as the templates, everything looks pretty much the same on all smartphones... So who cares.

Market of content where audience are customer and they spend their time and attention in exchange of value. So audience has all the rights to raise questions, criticise, demand, etc. And I didn't use abusive language either. I watched the video and at the end I found out I wasted my time(attention) for return of no value because it is for iPhone only and the video didn't mentioned that specifically. This is how content market works. Whether you cheated audience intentionally or unintentionally doesn't matter but if audience felt cheated then they have all the rights (morally and legally) to raise their voice.

so should we be exporting our vertical content in 1080x2340?
Great question but no, we should export 1080x1920 - our phone resolution is just 2340 - those extra height pixels are just for U.I

The streaming to Iphone is IOS only, but the UI overlay works on all computers.
