This is not beat making.
Why not? Sample use & splicing, piano chords, ornamentation, simple bass patterns, vocal chops, post-processing - sounds like the ingredients used to make hundreds of beats.
I'm guessing the Lo-fi percussion loop he drags in at the top is the bit that gives people this impression, but it literally couldn't be a simpler loop if you listen to it 😂 that can be made in 2 minutes using the simplest drum VST out there.
And thats just .. shait lol.
