hi, i got 66 f100. i gotta replacw window regulators. Any idea on interchangeable regulator from different model ford. struggling to find replacement regulators. thanks
I ran 2.5in bbk long tubes back to 2.5in pipe into electric cutouts, then back through flowmaster 40’s then out the front of the tire. All true dual setup
I made my own. Took the original f10 harness and crown Vic harness. F100 harness runs brake lights, accessories, turn signals, etc. Vic harness I made into just a running harness. I’ll probably clean it up at some point. But works good! Get a wiring diagram from the Vic and just be careful with it
@@gibsonsgarage2003 by the way are you usuing a crown vic COP CAR or civilian car wire harness, and did you have any problems with pats or did you just delete it? Im doing my crown vic 5 speed swap and trying to diet down the wire harness while i have alot of the wires accesible.
@@gibsonsgarage2003 Thanks for the answer, 66 inner fenders aren't anywhere to be found. I am going to have to make my own. Really nice build by the way. Nice job. We're almost there... its been 2 years on this project
@@markgibbon5043 awesome! There impossible to find, and if you do there a ton of money. I ended up just trying to fix these best I can. This video was from a while ago, it has since been torn apart and redone. I had half assed and slapped it together the first time. First test drive soon with the new setup will be posted when I do it!
@@rustedratchetgarage6788 I honestly don't know why there are not any 66 available, apparently they are different than 61-65.... We will prolly just fab our own up.
@@gibsonsgarage2003 right . but it's a modern v8 . i would go with something vintage like a Windsor or fe to retain the coolness factor when the hood is popped .
I wish this could’ve been an hour long. With a mic near the exhaust 😮💨
ill see if I can find more videos of the exhaust
I love this truck
I have the truck and the CV just don’t have the time or ambition

I have honestly no clue. Need to do mine too. Mostly all the rubber left in my cab is gone, I don’t drive it much in the rain
Where do you buy the custom wiring harness thks
I built it myself. Took a Vic harness and a F100 harness and put them together
I’m putting my 66 on a f250 3/4 duel 4x4
Nice looking truck!!!..how does it ride at night??..
Rode amazing!
@@gibsonsgarage2003 any chance you can post a video of it,..would like to see the pov drive..
@@webbsb.4847 I sold the truck a little over a year ago, so I don’t think I have any. Sorry!
Perfect!
I been wanting to do this but u cant fit a 15 inch rim!
Yea it kinda sucks
was it hard to get the motor wired up i am about to get a 4.6 with a 5 speed for my 67 f100
Actually 5 speed swapping as we speak. Motor was easy! Interior wiring and accessories was kinda a pain
Ok thanks good luck with the swap looking forward to hopefully seeing a video after
@@chrismcghee2780 I definitely need to post more lol. I’ll make one when the swaps done!
Nice job
