This is the one Queen song which forever baffled me as to how Brian could achieve the finger speed to play this. Many thanks for posting this tutorial to demystify this instantly recognisable Queen track.
@@craigfarleymusician8481 been practicing this for a year.. could nail the whole thing apart from this part lol i was trying to pick it starting at the 12 fret a string 9th d 11d 12d 9g 11g 9b 10b 9e etc.. did wonders for my picking.. when i learned it legato it was so much easier! nice to see buddy! thanks for the content.
I can record one for that. It’s funny , maybe because I play these solos so much onstage , that I wrongly assume everyone can play the first one and are only interested in the second one. I’ll get a video up soon for the first one . Thanks for the comment 😊
@@craigfarleymusician8481 That'd be awesome - thank you very much! 😊 I have just done a take on the first solo from what I was able to work out myself - but I don't think it's that great!

Thank you . Glad to help . It’s definitely one of the most challenging things to play by Brian.

Agreed, bitch of a solo but one of his most creative. The sound was probably the best. Well played Craig.
Is this the cquadro?
No, I sold that couple of years ago. This is a Japanese made model from KZ Guitar works, one of the finest RS luthiers 😊
Great job - Brighton Rock solo next - please!!
