What is the recommended wire diameter for connection of such 4-20 ma pressure transmitter to VFD, for distance up to 10 meter ? Shielded or not ?

How to reverse the logic sir? I mean more rpm of motor at 4 mA and less rpm at 20 mA. Can I just interchange the 60hz and 0 Hz position
