I bought an acrylic box style humidor from a place online and I'll never go back. It's thick acrylic and it was a reasonable price. Also, being able to see you're whole stash of cigars laying down is pretty nice.
As someone who has 5 tupperdores I can vouch for that , I have 2 big ones that hold about 30-40 cigars and 3 small ones that hold a lot of cigarillos and robusto size cigars. But I also have 5 acrylic ones that work well. My 2 regular wooden humidor's are the most difficult to keep humidified but they hold 40-50 Toro and Churchill size one's. I think I need one of those giant electric units!!!
@@texastaurus9271 I think I'm going to have to break down and just buy it because I probably spent as much on all the ones I have now. You know how it is with cigars , you can never have enough room especially when your collection goes over 200🤣✌️ PS your the guy I see commenting on the live streams all the time right?
I switched to a tuppedor humidor made of glass with lock down seals works great. I have a Govee hygrometer in them to tell me the humidity level bluetooth to phone. Throw in Boveda pack in there and it has been the most consistent humidity level I have know and the pack lasts much longer because of the seal. Amazing. If I want a nice look, I can throw the tuppedor into the wooden cedar one.
About 30 years ago when I first got into (good) stogies found a nice humidor at a place called Mori Luggage and Gifts-back in the day when malls were rockin’! It was on clearance as they were no longer going to sell them; couldn’t say no! Been with me ever since and keeping cigars that are a couple of decades old still fresh! 🫡💨
I got a decent but "cheap" wood desktop humidifier for my bday the other day. The first thing i did was look for some thin rubber stick on gasket material. It has a latch so I can lock it in place and compress whatever material i go with. I haven't bit the bullet in doing it yet but i also considered making a custom jig and using a cordless router for it to be inset on the lid and base.
I got a $25 Amazon acrylic box humidor with a built in hydrogemer and some Bovidas and some cigar shop humidor bags, along with a shorter glass jar with clasp seal for my cigarillos. My setup is cobbled, but effective.
I have a Round 20-ct Jar Humidor my First. I found a 125-ct Montecristo Treasure Chest humidor & a wine cooler both were $25 each. I've been a listener since I first started smoking HandMadeCigars almost 5 years ago in August.
I keep hearing that wood is the best option because not only does it season your cigars but it also breaths, where acrylic does not. What are your thoughts on this? Other than wood being expensive these days. It’s a gift for my partner so I want to get a lot of opinions. lol. Thanks in advance.
I’ve had one of those acrylic humidors for going on a year now. It’s had the same boveda pack in it since day one. It’s always a constant 68%. I recently upgraded to a Needone thermoelectric and it’s awesome.
Regular cedar box with hygrometer and humidity element. I've used the same three for over twenty years. Some of the cigars in them I bought when I bought the humidors. Still Smokin' 'em!
Rubbermaid brilliance working just fine. I have to find the right moment to sneak a thermo electric humidor into the house then tell the wife it’s always been there
Love this content! Cigars is so much more than only the cigars :) currently on 3 classical wooden humidors. Next upgrade will be a "fridge" looking type. Lots of people build them out of wine-coolers or however you call those too
I made my humidor out of an old ammo can with a rubber seal in the lid and lined the inside with Spanish cedar plank. Even cut a couple 1” wide strips out of the left over plank to make a second level shelf.
Love my needone thermo electric humidor throw some boveda pack in there it's been working excellent for over a year now and never even had to replace my boveda packs yet
Again with the music 🤣🤣🤣 Tim you're killing it out here!!!

I wonder if it's the same one I have , does it have a slotted shelf to stand your cigars up?
@mikeg6666 it's from Case Elegance I can't remember the name of it
@@MrZenigame Oh yeah that's a different one then but it works great...
Do you use the included Humidifier or do you by the boveda style humidity packs for it?
my $2 tubberdors work better than my crappy amazon 25 count humidor 😂
Amen Brother !!

I use one of those tupperware's that has the clips on four sides and the rubber seal. I've been using the same boveda pack for more than a year
Yeah, spend it on sticks instead of a humidor. That's the way

I have an acrylic that i forgot about for well over a year and a half with a few boveda packs. Still perfect. Packs still had life too

I personally like that jar container the most myself that's just cool in itself.

And you can rehydrate the bovida packs

Yo bro you have made me enjoy a new hobby thank you i also like chewing full cigars 😊
those boveda bags last forever, or at least until you rip em somehow, its the packs inside that work for a year.
I love the jars, i bought some bigger ones on amazon and they hold about 50 each
Man this infomercial style was so funny and the faces your making was priceless keep it up
Do you take them out of the original package?
Love my needone thermo electric humidor throw some boveda pack in there it's been working excellent for over a year now and never even had to replace my boveda packs yet
Do these guys sell on a website? Their cigars look awesome!
I loved this 😂
What is the humidor over right shoulder?
My buddy told me he used an ammo can when he was in Iraq. The issue he had was letting mositure out (he just used a ziplock bag and a sponge)
What’s the most expensive cigar you can get
Tim, how bout a link to the last one there?
Gonna go with the glass jar
I keep mine in a glass Tupperware container, stored in a regular humidor, for the looks!
I want a Teromoelectric, wish Cigars Daily would sell.
whats ur most sold cigar
Try Air sealed mason jars
Why didn’t you talk about the tower humidor behind you?
I live in England so it's impossible with the tax I get all mine from Spain
I got the fridge deal. No time for others.
Hahaha i like the 90 commercial style
صعبان عليا والله محدش بيشتري منه
Walmart sells acrylic jars with a hinged lid for less than $8. Temu sells round humidifier disks for $1 each.
Those disks are inconsistent and garbage. Just buy a boveda pack. They can be recharged too.
I made one from a WWII era 50 cal ammo box
Mil sent me a firebox. Used to keep things safe if there is a fire. Works really good with a boveda pack. RH 75%
I never seen anything so ridiculous, that last clip 😂😂😂
*TUPPERDOR*
"that looks like a zip-loc bag", "but it's hefty"
*ba dum tss*
I saw what you did with that temp setting! 😂😂
My Daniel Marshall is not particle board my friend
Such an odd video 😂 Gotta love ya
Bro knew what he was doing with the 6.9°C
Next stop, QVC
What was the climate controlled one? I’ve seen several of these but I’m assuming their from China because the description sucks
Yeah I did the Mason Jar one.
Tupperware is where its at. Sorry not sorry.
dude why tf do you have the facial expressions of a skinwalker
