- Who knew one skill on a skill chart could buff a blade so much? Pandoria is a great blade in certain situations and easily on of the most fun to use...as long as you have the eye of shining justice that is. Without that she's honestly pretty bad and not worth using.

You know, for an ability they hyped up a lot in the game only to be played off as a joke and THEN made it into a real thing in new game plus, it really lived up to the hype.

Minor Spoiler warning preface: It disappoints me immeasurably that Pandy's Core Crystal wasn't implanted over Zeke's eye. It seemed so natural for that to be why he had the eye patch and why his eye of justice was shining.
I'd love to have seen that if it weren't for the fact that it would defeat the joke of him using an eyepatch despite having no use for an eye that's accustomed to the dark (that's why pirates actually wore eyepatches, the more you know).
Actually missing an eye and using the patch to cover up a core crystal is a really cool concept though, props to you for thinking that one up

Funny thing is, you can see the lines on his chest near where the implant is when they revealed themselves to the party. The camera doesn't immediately pan or focus on it though. I figured the angles hid it for awhile and that's why it took so long to notice...nah, I'm just unobservant as shit per usual.
Isn't the backstory to his eye that he couldnt afford a second Contact lense?
I'm surprised Zeke never used THUNDER CROSS SPLIT ATTACK in the story. Missed opportunity.

How to use Pandoria

Something funny that you might not notice about Pandoria is her weapon. It’s a broadsword, right? Wrong; during her specials, she takes the handle out of the blade and attacks with it. She’s a mage using a wand/rod, but Rex/Zeke use it as a handle for the sword and I think that’s hilarious.
Let’s be honest though. Jamming an electro staff into a giant blade and fighting with it that way is EXACTLY something Zeke would do.
I remember reading the fantheory that the wand is the original weapon and it morphed into a blade after he became a blade eater. For how bananas Zeke and everything surrounding him is, it is honestly believable. And it is not like completely weird special cases like that don't exist elsewhere because Akhos straight up has two diffrent types of blade weapons that are both unique and the game just never bothers explaining how that is possible(iirc).

I get the feeling, that Pandoria was designed as a blade, which starts bad and turns great after her skilltree is maxed. Just like Zeke turning from kind of a joke charakter to a reliable strong ally. That's why her attackspeed get's increased through the tree and her specials start with such low power. But they totally undershot their goal in the base game. Luckily EOSJ fixes that ^^.

I like to think Pandoria's specials are not very good so Zeke can show off how broken a Blade Eater is.

Her steampunk aesthetic is fantastic. That's how you pull off a fan-service character who can still work without the waifu goggles on.
I honestly got more use out of Roc and Dromarch than Pandoria so far as playing the story went though, but at least she shines in the post-game.

He's better on morag. But not bad on rex. If you put corvin on morag the just use aegon on rex
Sadly, I think Aegaeon's best use is on merc missions. Ah well, he's pretty handy in Torna at least.

@@TheStupidRaptor In that case, I'd say he's better on Morag for the agility boost, although not as good as Corvin or Theory so you're still not looking at getting much use out of him. On Rex he's only really going to get a look-in if you're doing an evasion build on all the characters in your party.
Mòrag is always a go to for katana's however i run Corvin on Rex and Zeke way more than on Mòrag. Honestly i barely use Mòrag unless its with Patroka for a smash

About 2 weeks ago I finally decided to research how the combat system works...after 90+ hours of gameplay over the past 2 years (embarrassing amount of time to figure it out) the game just clicked. I cannot put it down. Up there with the best game I’ve ever played. Thank you for time, effort and quality of your videos.

This was the blade I was most conflicted on using before I started NG+ (and why I wish there was more than three blade slots sometimes lol). As many have said she’s not very good before NG+, but I love(d) Pandy (and her/Zeke’s weapon) so much that I could not bring myself to take her off my team. She’s precious and adorable and literally gave part of her life for Zeke’s and I just love her so much. Honestly underrated, best girl in XC2.
If her Crit rate was slightly better and she had a faster/wider AOE move than ULFS I feel like she’d be one of if not the best blade usage wise. And even then Fiora’s party wide Crit Boost is a big help for her imo.

pandoria is my favourite character in xc2, somewhat significantly. i literally cannot bring myself to switch her off the team, but i will swap her to rex if needed. her weapon is really cool and her design and personality are even better. man i wish her arts were better cause they are kinda ass before ng+, especially compared to other blades with their nutty multi tool arts
Just picked up the game and loving it. Keep the blade guides coming. I find them informative and helps me better understand the mechanics.

Excellent guide, as usual! The only thing that would be interesting to add is that Pandoria has access to 3 reactions in her arts. Especially with the high attack speed, reactions trigger very often. Seeing enemies fly around is a lot of fun.

If I never watched this video I would’ve never decided to rush through NG+ just to get EOSJ because man it is as fun as it looks.

I love Zeke and Pandoria and they are easily my favorite characters in this game personality wise but I was so disappointed in how they played, but EOSJ just changes that completely.

Counterargument: separating drivers from their starting blade feels wrong, therefor, Dromarch with Nia and Pandoria with Zeke is 100% viable.
Binge rewatching all of these so far, it's actually surprising how often you accidentally say "Abysque Mass", but I'll admit it has a nice ring to it.

I feel so silly now. I played NG++ when it came out, and didn't even know about the secondary affinity charts. It's like I got the game all over again, with all the ways I'm finding out how to break things on my replay. Thanks!

I haven't gotten around to NG+'ing my save file because I want to "be prepared" and have multiple VI aux cores etc and generally have fun with the combat a bit before going into NG+ and cranking the difficulty
I wonder if once Enel covers all the blades will he update the blade tier rankings? At least the C and D tier blades now that we see them utilzed at full power.

I like Enel content, it's the most OP thing in the Xenoverse
I love her character, not a fan of her normal combat. Shining Eye of Justice is pretty fun though. Sudden spark would be increased to 70% speed for auto-attacks instead at max level with an increase to art speed by 35%. Quickest Purple would also give a 10% damage boost at max affinity. Lightning force would have a 200% boost to damage to machines.

This video really shows how much of a missed opportunity Pneuma was, just by using a single support, boosting critical rate, she makes Pandoria BROKEN, Pneuma just needed an affinity chart we could access, and a skill like that of Fiora’s (damage up per crit), and she would actually live up to be THE AGEIS, still, we love our girls. Also, this videos title is wrong, it’s spelled “how to use shining justice”

Can we get a Video on resources, such as best way to obtain rank 3 version of the best accessories, the ways to get the best Aux cores, the best pouch items (taking into account both duration and secondary effects), best method to grind Bonus EXP (for the NG+), and the fastest method to get extra Overdrive Protocals (primarily meaning the fastest way to fill out a 4-star’s affinity tree...)
The only reason I would use Pandoria with Rex is to farm core crystals by driver combo-ing Relentless Arduran

I would say that abrona's version or sudden spark is a little worse sense abrona is a clone weapon so you have 4 other similar options + commen blade for here were pandora is the only bog bang edge so if you want those arts for some reason you don't have any other similar option
Hey Enel, I can’t seem to find the answer to this anywhere I look. I can’t blade cancel the move stratospheric thunder on Zeke. I can cancel the move into another art just fine. This one move won’t let me cancel into a blade switch. Is it because he’s in the air during the move ? Is it not supposed to be like that ? If I fight a tall monster and get underneath them as to keep me from getting off the ground during stratospheric thunder I can cancel it. If by the off chance you see this I would love some clarification. Thank you.
I wonder if things like chain attacks or level 4 special pause the timer for eye of shining justice or at least carry the damage bonus through to the end of the attack.

i use pandoria on rex on my current regular playthrough for launch and so I don't have to grind her up as much going forward since i cant send her on missions lol. I use Morag(fav),Rex and Nia since it seems post game shes kinda not good from what ive read

No, that was bad wording. I meant moreso a lot of the challenge mode enemies have high defensive values that make it harder to push through their health bars.
How to make Pandoria better:
1. Delete Sudden Spark
2. Put Unleash Shining Justice in its place
3. oh and buff her auto-attack speed by 25%
