Not too long ago I was in a match and this Reaper player kept repeatedly spamming "I need healing." He did it so much -- even when he had like 90% health -- that when I was standing in front of him as Mercy, I stared at him and never put my heal beam on him. It was the funniest thing. I can only imagine what how salty he would've been had I actually joined the voice chat. LOL.
Angelena Howland - it's so satisfying denying someone who spams that. In fact, he spammed it so much, at one point the entire team, including myself, spammed it right back.

Fun Fact: I climbed from gold to diamond playing almost exclusively "support" heroes (Symmetra, Lucia and Mercy)

This was a pretty broken game but honestly it isn't true. The ranking system has flaws but their is a huge difference in the ranks. The little things most people don't even notice tend to separate players skills. A lot of good players have started accounts where they start at a very low "Elo Hell" rank and it doesn't matter they still rank back up easy. Even average players like myself an my friend did this easily. We thought ranks would reset entirely so we played characters we arent very good at to end last season and ranked down then went 1-9 in placements. My friend started the season as a Gold rank player while I was placed low platinum. He was back to Diamond by the end of the first day and currently maintaining Master. We aren't Grand Masters but playing against Gold was too easy you can easily feel a huge difference in talent and timing/awareness.
Very weird. They are skilled players. That olaf is something like 4450, top 10 of console, but i guess it makes you super competitive, he's on my friends list. I asked him about it, waiting on a responce.

for a while masters and grandmaster werent a rank in console. something like 3.4k was top 500 so basically if you were high diamond you were top 500 xD

Reaper can heal himself too. You need aim to play 76 more than you do Reaper. Teleport behind the enemy, get close and get easy 2-3 shot kills
