Hey friend, sorry about the cancer news. I know it's tough for a health-conscious runner like you. Glad you're okay. Any word from the doctor on biking?

My advice is to stay off the bike for at least a couple of months, its very uncomfortable, and i found using a gel padded seat helped a lot
