"Set the flash to manual" fixed my issue. The second time around, I had to switch units from flash to camera. Definitely not plug and play. I will check firmware next. This is the best laid out and thorough vid out there - shoe repair? You got to be kidding. Thanks.

my Plus III all of a sudden decided not to send out signal to my other radios...the screen functions normally and i can select any channel or mode, when i press test button i see the light doing something, but none of my other radios receive a signal from it on any channel...

Sorry we missed this! If you're still having trouble, here are 2 things to check: 1. if you're trying to trigger a flash, see if the hot shoe is disabled. Silent Shooting, continuous high speed drive, and electronic shutter all might turn it off. 2. If you're trying to trigger your camera remotely, do you have the S-VPR1-ACC remote camera cable?
The Plus III actually comes with a PC3N cable that should work fine with that flash! If you need another one: www.pocketwizard.com/products/cable_accessory/synccables/pc3n/
Hello. Using on Nikon D850. I have a mini TT1 and a Plus II attached to my SB800 flash. Test button on the TT1 WILL fire the flash but will not fit with camera shutter pressing. All works fine on my D750. I’m on firmware 3.909. Any advice? Thanks.

I'm trying to figure out why I'm not getting faster than 1/500 sync speed on the Flex ttl with zone controller and SB910 speedlights. Neigher FP 250 or 320 solved this problem by the way. And I'm always shooting full manual.

Have been trying to call since yesterday and no one answers the phones. Pocket wizard plus 2 on a sony a6500. Will only trigger the shutter when the bbf is held down. Will not trigger shutter otherwise. The camera shutter button works fine. Ive tried putting the camera in manual focus, no go.

In this case, do you have the shutter set to electronic? And you are triggering a remote flash, not triggering the camera remotely, correct?

It works with when i push the test button but does does not fire when the shutter is pressed. Any tips? I can't find the answer on Google. I am using a canon rebel t7 with an aileen bees 400 and pocket wizard plus x trigger and receiver. Thank you.
@@cristinarosado5749 Unfortunately, Canon does not provide a center pin contact in that camera. Without that center pin, our radios (and any other radio that needs that main sync trigger) can't get a trigger signal from the camera. Both the Canon T7 and SL3 have this design. Mine only seem to work on the A channel. As soon as I switch either of my receivers to B or C they stop working. Please can you help? Many thanks.
