    Ingredients:
    - *Beef:* 300-400 grams, thinly sliced into strips
    - *Soy Sauce:* 2 tablespoons
    - *Vinegar:* 2 tablespoons
    - *Lemon Juice:* 2 tablespoons
    - *Salt:* 1 teaspoon
    - *Black Pepper Powder:* 1 teaspoon
    - *Tomato Ketchup:* 2 tablespoons
    - *Cornflour:* 1 tablespoon
    - *Flour:* 1 tablespoon
    - *Oil:* For frying
    - *Chili Sauce:* 2 tablespoons
    - *Sugar:* 1 teaspoon
    - *Garlic:* 1 tablespoon, minced
    - *Ginger:* 1 tablespoon, minced
    - *Onion:* 1, medium-sized, cut into cubes
    - *Capsicum (bell pepper):* 1, medium-sized, cut into cubes
    - *Green Chilies:* 2-3, chopped (optional for extra heat)
    - *Green Onions:* For garnish, chopped
    Instructions:
    1. *Marinate the Beef:*
    - In a bowl, combine the beef strips, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper powder.
    - Mix well, then add the tomato ketchup, cornflour, and flour. Mix until the beef is well-coated.
    - Let the marinated beef sit for about 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
    2. *Fry the Beef:*
    - Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
    - Add the marinated beef strips in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
    - Fry until the beef is golden brown and cooked through, then remove and set aside on paper towels to drain excess oil.
    3. *Prepare the Vegetables:*
