I'm confused bw phd vs project, what should I join bw both and which is better without and with jrf ... If someone has jrf then why he should join project why not phd..and what are advantages or disadvantages of project over the phd and as phd is imp for future for promotion does the same thing one can get with project....plz provide some guidance
If you have a job already then go for PhD or if you don't have a job yet then go for the project it will provide you with points in the interview and also pay you well however it helps you to do your PhD research
Mam ultimate goal toh hota hi assistant professor.ka hai lekin kuch jagah means mostly jagah voh phd degree ko hi prefer karte hai toh aapse ek ques yeh hai kya humme phd ko opt karna chahiye yaah nhi agar net clear hai only
Offcourse PhD degree aapko jaroor Leni chahiye because api score increase hotaa hay jab hum University may ass. Pro. Ki post kay liyae apply krtay hay . Ager aap government college may apply krtay ho tabb bhii PhD ka additional weightage aapko interview may miltaa hay . Jabb aapkaa appointment ho jata hay uskay baad PhD holders ka promotion 4 years kay baad ho jataa hay . Aap 5;year teaching experience kay baad research supervisor kay liyae eligible ho jatay ho.
