Ma'am can you tell me how will I become assistant professor as a fresher, I don't have much teaching experience. And you have also told that you cleared NET during your masters and after completing masters you found opportunity and joined in the university. You didn't have either PhD degree or much teaching experience, then how did you manage to get this job? Does API score does not matter in private universities?

Do they see very deeply about date of birth and all for all the documents. Cause my date of birth in matriculation and birth certificate are different. Will this create any problem in future.
