Toh problem ye hai ki university mein koi equivalent certificate nehin provide karaya jata hai naahi koi exam conduct karaya jata hai wildlife lectureship k liye. Toh sir mein net ki tayari kar rahi hoon. Jrf k liye. Toh iss situation mein kya karnaa chahiye? Mere yahan local college mein v wildlife students ko lectureship nehin de rahe hain. Aur jaise ki aap ne kaha phd is mandatory toh woh v karungi 3 saal k liye. But uske aage kya. Kuchh samajh nehin aa raha sir. Please kuchh suggestions dijiye sir. Please.
