Biggest thank you sir from the bottom of my heart 🙏🙏 Your slides are simplest version of standard books....Just a 15 min video and a topic is completed..... Thank you Sir 🙂🙂
Good question! thats because of bile adid malabsorption( due to ileal disease in crohns) leading to cholesterol supersaturated bile leading to cholesterol stones! Also. the unabsorbed bile acids solubilize bilirubin in the colon, promote passive absorption of unconjugated bilurubin from large intestine ..increasing the risk of pigment stone formation .. Sometimes , even the drugs taken for Crohns may lead to hemolysis , and thereby pigment stone formation!
Nucleation is the process by which atoms or molecules come together to form a new phase or structure that means to form into a nucleus. Here, multilamellar vesicles of cholesterol nucleate to form Cholesterol monohydrate crystals.
That's not true, you can easily remove gallstones ,just read this book, the amazing liver and gallbladder flush, Andrea Moritz. I and my girlfriend removed an unbelievable amount, no pain

I came to understand the meaning of nucleation and he says "they basically nucleate"
Tf does that mean! 🤦♂️
Nucleation is the process by which atoms or molecules come together to form a new phase or structure that means to form into a nucleus. Here, multilamellar vesicles of cholesterol nucleate to form Cholesterol monohydrate crystals.
