As as Portuguese from Porto I must say that this is a good food tour review of Porto. If you want to try all the typical food of Porto you Will need a week !!! Congrats for the video. If you need more tips from Porto feel free to ask.
varies alot but you can get cheap meals for 10 euros on any local snack bar or little cafe, up to 50 on average per person. that is excluding fine dining and tourist traps that can go over 100 euros still its cheap compared to most countries and even a 10 euros meal can be great, Id say the average Dinner on a non pretentious restaurant will be around 15-25 euros.
All the walking will keep the weight off! 😎 the food is divine! Try the fish stew with rice and coriander! Delicious. Lucky you…. Wish I was going there again. Enjoy.
5:03 No my friend, you are not doing ir right... Sardines should be eaten with your hands and on top of a slice of bread... And then eat the bread with the sardine sauce...
A pity that you went to a restaurant that does not serve traditional Portuguese cuisine. Hummus and salted cod fish and cheese? Cod fish is cooked in a 1000 different ways in Portugal, as we say, but definitely not with hummus. Hummus is from middle east and only recently introduced in Portuguese supermarket shelves. A pity that such a restaurant wants to combine flavors from different countries and not show what the Portuguese cuisine is really like. But good you enjoy since you don't really know the real stuff 🙂
Most really good cuisines and great chefs are experimenting with techniques and flavors from other cultures. Don't see this as an issue at all. Most traditional cuisines originally had influences from other cultures to start with 👌
My friend, lovely video. I just want to introduce you to Jesus Christ, He loves you very much please give your life to Him and accept Him into your heart as Saviour of your soul so, when you die (we all will someday) you can make it to Heaven and be with Him Forever.
Every other word is "Epic". Not everything is EPIC.... It's seems like he's been so sheltered and have just been out for the first time. And of course bc of that, he is out with his mom and everything is soooo amazing n EPIC to him.
As you perhaps know in Galicia there are a octopus fattening industry. The octopus is alaways eating if food is available. So they grow and grow. Despite that I have eaten " tapas a la gallega" wich is very good. But, have you eaten the portuguese dish "Polvo 'a Lagareiro"? If you didn't i assure you that is one of the most iconic and delicious portuguese dishes.
My favourite octopous is "filetes de polvo" . You take a good fat octopus leg, boil it to perfection and the deep fry with egg and flour...and then, wait. It tastes good while hot, but cold is another world of flavour altoghether... Up North is a popular christmas dish, sometimes replacing Cod or Turkey.

Portugal is one of the countries I visited last April. I enjoyed my sumptuous dinner at Farol Restaurant in Alamada. Excellent food and great service.
Amazing! everything looks perfect
The way to eat sardines is over a slice of bread. You eat a bunch, letting the bread soak up all the delicious juices. Then you eat the bread!
Good video dude, looking forward to visiting these places
sardines u must eat with a piece of bread beneath them to absorb all the juice and at the end eat the bread
Yup! They showed how to do this after they noticed I was eating it wrong 🥲
C’est beau💐❤️😋😋😋😋

I guess it has to be 'in the heart'?? - to have a 'personal relationship' with Him?? - and be saved by saying the little prayer??
