I briefly fell into something toxic with a guy a few weeks ago and am still recovering from it...I was getting super euphoric from the attention I was getting, and it felt so good that I didn't recognize it as a red flag. I was feeling confident, energized and free ...but I didn't realize it was all superficial and would come crashing down. Those of us with cluster B struggles need to be cautious about dating and move forward with clarity and intention to avoid getting caught up in these insidious dynamics

We need to start referring to it as “emotional regulation disorder” That’s what it is.

I have to be rlly self aware to ensure I don’t do either of those things
