But to be perfectly correct it's not the same engine, it's upgraded engine, highly modified. If you tell me graphics are the same then something must be wrong with your eyes.

Hope we get more appliances and furniture in 23's F1 Life. I want a new wooden sofa and a mahogany table. Forget about laser scanning circuits and Classic car Race like in 2020. We need more content on F1 Life, dont bring back Jeff, don't change the f1 22 ffb, the cars handling is too realistic, don't change anything, use the same old game engine and just put some ray tracing in it and call it a day.

They knew that we were expecting the actual trailer on Monday. All the big name F1 TH-camrs were poised to stream the reveal, only to be presented with an image of the box art instead. It's a big time troll move on EA's part and honestly it's pretty damn disrespectful to the millions of loyal fans across the world on all platforms to pull a stunt like that.

I'm reading their official site about F1 23 and they are also saying this:
"Also, a new colour encoding system, similar to that used in film and TV, has been implemented across the game, resulting in a more true-to-life visual experience."
So more realistic colors weren't caused by game engine cinematic footage but the game itself will finally look authentic. One reason why I avoided this game was that graphics were oversaturated too colorful almost Fortnite style but if colors are actually darker then that's great news.
That's the best thing about 2020 the colors are a little more darker
@@nekaneka-lo2js We'll have to see some gameplay to see how much difference it is. I still don't fully trust the nice colors in the reveal trailer but it seems they really changed this. 😃
@@PhoenixRed96 yea that's facts man. The first thing I noticed was the color change...but at the same time who KNOWS how they'll change it before release
@@nekaneka-lo2js IMHO it shouldn't be darker. They should be a bit less saturated, and the contrast should be WAY less. Look for example at the black-carbon parts on cars. They look 100% black. I can't see shapes/details. On TV you can see all the parts in their full glory. Also the hars and wide highlights are super unrealistic in the game.
Other textures are illuminated, like look at the drivers' faces/helmets in the mega dark garages. Which should be brighter too. Light reflects yo.

Clearly many people in these comments are being very quick to judge the game without even reading the changes that are being made. The handling is being changed, the cosmetic furniture probably won’t be like it was, and there are a lot of other elements to make it more enjoyable. Do some research before you make blind statements.

Blind statements? Some track models are 13 years old from F1 2010 with only slight modifications. It's been 8 years since the last major overhaul of the graphics engine. Who's blind then?
@@peterhaluska87 just think critically for a little bit. They have been limited on major engine changes due to running the game on last generation consoles. There are constantly modifications to the track models, you just can’t notice them because it’s still the same track

@@hasanhasibozzaman3239 Patience... :) Let's go be patient for 60-70 USD every year. For instance, with AMS 2 you don't have to be patient cause the accurate tracks and up to date graphics engine are already there. And they aren't as huge as EA, that's not an officially licensed product and still better in physics, graphics.
I've been so excited with F1 2010. Spa, Monza, Hungaroring was not so accurate but I said who cares they'll probably fix it next year. It's been 13 years ago. I think I'm patient enough.

Now that I've already released the pre-order, I went to check... In the PStore store, there is no information that points to support for PSVR2! What a serious mistake, EA! Without this support of the most advanced technology for VR in the world (speaking of f1, which is a category where technological advances predominate), you are missing out on a lot. Even more so with the F1 22/23 season being very dull, I don't intend to buy the game, unfortunately! Unless they plan to. Could you comment on the topic?

The problem is EA wants to satisfy too much range of people in the same game : beginners, advanced, fanatics. They should release two different games, one for casual players and one for hardcore multiplayers like iRacing. Everyone will be satisfied at chosing the right game for them. Until then, EA will still received bad publicity and criticism.

@@MxK23 yep, I just saw it. Now to hope that it is not as bad as before that it did not contribute anything to the game and never appeared. It is not so that it comes out every race but at least once in your career mode and it is not forced.
I played all the games with Red flag into it, like F1 2012, 2013 and 2014 without seeing any red flags during online racing actually.
