Great intro as always! Girls' Generation have so many amazing songs, "Gee" "I Got A Boy" "Into The New World"(their debut song) "Catch Me If You Can" and "The Boys" are their five most popular/well known. Other popular songs "Oh" "RunDevilRun" "Way To Go/Himnae" "All Night" and "Mr Mr". You could probably do a bunch of triple features for these girls. Solo tracks that are good ones to check out Taeyeon's "I" "Why" "Fine", Tiffany's "Dance The Night Away". Also, it's funny that you mentioned Red Velvet, they are on the same label as Girls' Generation.

Last year, at their 10 year anniversary their contracts were up for renewal, and only 5 renewed with SM. The whole 8 are still "Girls Generation" so this is Oh!GG the 5-member sub-unit.

the leader of SNSD with those powerful vocals, is Taeyeon - she has a few solo tracks worth checking out 'Something New' and 'I Got Love' are quite unique but i also recommend 'I' (filmed here in NZ) and 'Why'
lastly SNSD were 9 but controversially lost member Jessica when her personal business interests conflicted with SM. during the last round of contracts 3 members didn't renew - so while some people argue that SNSD is still 8 members (and they haven't officially disbanded) SNSD as a product belongs to SM Entertainment and those members leaving means they are no longer part of the product imo. Oh!GG is the subunit name for the remaining 5 girls.
All of the members have stated numerous times that Girls' Generation are still 8 and that won't change anytime soon
Oh! And you should totally watch Catch Me If You Can. It's one of my favorites.

You should absolutely check out LOONA and their history. They recently debuted as a whole group, but have been releasing individual members with solo songs since 2016. They even have three sub units that make up one whole band. Very interesting. Very good music.

As I said in the last reaction, the mean reason I watch your videos is because I love your intro, I mean don't get me wrong your reaction are awesome as always, is just my favorite part xD. The 5 of them are original, no one is new, and yeap they are gorgeous and the oldest in kpop industry right now, I guess is reflected in this song, like you said the vibe, is different, for me is more mature.
You guys should check out Girls' Generation "Catch Me if You Can" and "All Night". Girls' Generation used to be 9 then became 8 when Jessica left in 2014. They are still 8 it's just that 3 of the members decided not to renew their contracts with SM after the group's 10 year anniversary. The sub-unit "Oh GG" is just a unit made up of the members who are still with SM.

SNSD are known to be the most beautiful Kpop girl group. They are one of the oldest girl groups and talented. Their members are actresses, models, singers, and entrepreneurs. Taeyeon became known for her romantic ballads in Korean dramas and the leader of the group with awesome vocals.

Yeah they were 9, then 8 and then three of them are not in the same company, that 3 are focus in other things but they said they're still in GG so now 5 of them create a sub unit so they are GG OH G!

I am a HUGE Girls Generation fan (SONE). As you said GG originally had 9 members, then in 2014 Jessica left the group to pursue Fashion, she is now a designer and has her own brand B&E, super successful. As for GG all the 8 remaining members are still in the group, but 3 of them did not renew their contracts with SM last year in order to also pursue their individual careers, Sooyoung and Seohyun in acting and Tiffany just debuted as a Solo here in the US, however all 3 of them signed with agencies that will give them the freedom to comeback with GG in the future (so look forward to that). The 5 members here decided to debut as a Subunit of GG called Oh!GG and Lil Touch its their debut single. They picked the track with their international fan base in mind in order to appeal to us. They are legendary amongst Girl Groups and have become the “standard” girl groups are based on now. The member you liked is Taeyeon she is the Main Vocal and Leader of GG, also a great solo artist (totally worth checking her music too).

An 11 year old KPOP girl group. One of the legends. Originally a 9 member group. All are beautiful, even the 4 who now isn't part of the label.
Tbh, one of the reasons why KPOP is widely known nowadays.

YEAH the members of SNSD are absolutely gorgeous! There is a group of literal models out there though, called 9Muses & they've experienced a lot of lineup changes too. Unlike SNSD, they added new members and then some left. Their debut is No Playboy (everyone agrees this song is Bad) and their latest song is Love City with only 4 members, and they're having a comeback in October! I'd recommend Gun, Glue, Dolls, Hurt Locker, Sleepless Night, and Love City, but I think a song you'd like the best from them is News.

These are original members, "Oh!GG" refers to the new subunit name, of the regular 8. There were 9 originally, 1 left a long time ago (which is a touchy subject.) Of the 8, this subunit consists of 5 of them, they are still the original members, as is all 8. The reason for the subunit is that the others might be doing some other things, and it's kinda weird about contract signing and stuff, but technically the other 8 do remain part of SNSD, but these 5 are the "active" ones. If that makes sense.
This group debuted back in 2007 so its really sad to not see them without 9 members but there still going strong
One of their former members Tiffany Young just released her first solo comeback after leaving the group, called ‘Teach You’. It features current member Hyoyeon and former member Seohyun as cameos in the MV. The song is also completely in English.
Tiffany, Seohyun, and Sooyoung never left the group, only SM Entertainment. The full group are to release an album 2019 for their 12th anniversary. And that was Sooyoung with Hyo in Fany's video. GIRL'S GENERATION ARE STILL 8 MEMBERS.

Girls' Generation is originally 9 members, 1 member left in 2014. Right now, 3 members are not part of the same agency anymore but still part of the group, so they are still Girls' Generation. This Girls Generation-Oh!GG is just a sub-group like Girls' Generation-TTS. Each member also has individual careers, the drop dead gorgeous you mentioned is Taeyeon (leader,main vocal) she has numbers of solo album now, please do check her releases.
They’re 8 members still. This is a sub unit.

If you wanna delve into GG and want to hear what they sounded like recently (as of last year), go for a song called All Night. There are two versions of the video, one with just the song (the Clean ver. as they call it) and one interspersed with interviews for their 10th anniversary. It's catchy as all hell.

I'd recommend watching "I Got A Boy" or "Lion Heart", those are my favorites from them.

Actually, Girls' Generation still a 8 members girlgroup, the 3 other girls just left the company but still have a contract with the group. People are still confused with this, so SM ent (the company) released this comeback not by the name of Girls' Generation, but as "Oh GG", a subunit from the gilgroup just to prove that they're only complete as 8 girls!

If you are to know anything about girls generation please understand that they are the nations girl group meaning they are the queens of kpop and have been since the beginning and are the standard of what all groups want to become!!!
GG was 9 members when it began and 1 left on bad terms reducing the group to 8 several years ago. At the end of last year, 3 more left but on good terms so they're still considered part of the group even though they're now under different companies. To address this, the 5 remaining members are now considered a "subgroup" and one day they may perform together again as a full 8 (probably an anniversary).

They didn't put any new members, these 5 were part of the original 9. But switching and putting new members into groups isn't something impossible, in fact, is the concept of some groups (like After School) and some other groups do that when members leave (there's a ton of examples, just to name a few: 9Muses, KARA, Wonder Girls...)
And you could do a lot more Girl's Generation reacts, with a 10 years career they explored a lot of different genres 🙋🏻♂️

Han Seungueon's solo song, "Guilty," is a hard rock genre and has strong guitar sounds and her shouting singing. She stepped away from KARA's unique lovely image and successfully transformed into a 'rocker' image.

Another interesting point (sorry, GG is my bias group) is that they're definitely an older group, and it kinda shows. I believe several are 29 this year? For example, Sunny (the gal in the seafoam dress) never kneels in any of the dance formations that they do, because she's going in for work on her knees soon (she's had knee problems for awhile now, and has been seen limping off stage several times after performances).
