The biography of our Holy Prophet (ﷺ - Peace be Upon Him) you were talking about is called "The Sealed Nectar" which is an English translation of "Ar-Raheeq Al-Makhtum" by Safiur Rahman Mubarakpuri. The other, more critically acclaimed one "Muhammad: His Life Based on the Earliest Sources" by a British author Martin Lings is also a recommended read.
In addition to the Quran and Hadith, there are a number of biographical works and historical accounts that document the life of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH, including the Sirah literature, which provide a detailed narrative of the Prophet's life, and the Tarikh (history) literature, which provides a broader historical context for the life of the Prophet Muhammad and the early Muslim community. It’s around 1.5hrs long which is very very short because most lectures are hours and hours long. You can listen to it in the car or when you work out or when you’re on the go.

The book you were talking about is The Sealed Nectar.. it's a translation of a prize winning seerah (prophet's biography) book in Arabic, Al Raheeq Al Makhtoum.
There is a seerah by Martin Ling named Muhammad - His Life based on Earliest Sources.. which I have heard is west friendly because it's written by a westner convert.
The speaker's name is Khalid Yasin, a revert from USA. Many reverts has become a fine ustaz / teacher in Islam.
In my country, a chinese revert became ustaz work with Zakir Naik as comparative religion scholar. An Indian revert become master in arabic and Quran reading, he even teaching us who are born Muslim how to read Quran in a correct pronunciation. Dear brother, I think one of the most comprehensive lecture series on the life of Prophet Muhammad SAW is by Dr. Yasir Qadhi titled Seerah of the Prophet on TH-cam. 114 lectures altogether, each lecture is about 1hr 15 min. It covers from the history of Arabia until the death of the Prophet SAW. If you prefer reading a book, then a book by Dr Martin Lings is a good start. Good Luck.
Asalam Alaikum, I would advise you not to recommend/watch his content as he has made statements that are not in alignment with Islam. Such as allowing shirk i.e asking for intercession from the dead, saying that he doesn’t believe in ya’jooj ma’jooj etc.
If you go on TH-cam you can find videos refuting him and calling him out for making false statements about Islam and misleading people. I will say, all his content is not faulty, however it’s better to not watch it at all as a lay-muslim may get confused. Islam is greater than him, don’t fall into the trap of supporting these scholars who go against the Quran, Sunnah and the Salaf As Saliheen.
