She told the detectives doing her interrogation that she excels at EVERYTHING, was a straight A student, and an excellent mother to her son. She’s finding out she DOESN’T know everything and is out out of her element. As for the mothering of her son, she didn’t keep him most of the time required and her ex husband was always being called to pick him up from school when she was supposed to. Her ex said she preferred getting drunk with Jorge over spending time with her son.

@@janicewingfield5245 So you're realizing that almost everything out of Sarah's mouth is a lie, which makes me wonder why the media and all the YT crime channels repeat her false narrative as if it's factual. Here are the facts:
      1. It was NOT a good day.
      2. They were not playing hide and seek -- they were fighting.
      3. Jorge did not put himself in that suitcase. Sarah put him in it, zipped it up, and threw it down the steps.
      4. Sarah leaving Jorge in that suitcase was absolutely 100% INTENTIONAL.
      5. Sarah is not a victim of DV. She is the perpetrator. Brian and Jorge were the victims.
Everyone of these statements can be backed up by evidence in the discovery.

My guess is that she wanted those 8 lawyers to back her plan of saying "it was an accident, I'm innocent." Which was what she said during her police interrogation and at every opportunity since. But they have her on VIDEO mocking him as he dies in a suitcase, I bet those lawyers were like...no you cant explain this away or lie trying to explain it. Which she didn't like, so she would become hostile towards them and que them each wanting to drop her because of them telling her that her "i'm innocent" plan is a bad one. And Sarah thinks she's the smartest person in the room. Even during this video you can hear the tones of "if you would just listen to me, I can explain everything and you'll see I'm innocent" diatribe she's constantly stuck to. That and the "I'm a victim, I need everything explained to me!" Yeah, it's called law school you dummy and you ran off 8 people who went.

ANY suggestion that Sarah deserves yet another chance to receive taxpayer-funded counsel should be seen as absurd. In this very hearing, she continues to throw out outrageous charges against her former attorneys, accusing them of committing "perjury", and then claiming that the judge's order, which was based in large part on her past abuse of her prior counsel, is therefore "erroneous." Her continued abuse, in letters and in COURT, indicates that she does not respect court-appointed counsel. Why should she get another opportunity to treat a new attorney with such disdain?

I'm assuming you're British from your use of that particular slang, but in the US, we generally consider it incredibly rude to call someone else's points "idiotic". I thought I'd let you know, since you don't seem to have an appropriate measure of how to not be rude and insulting when replying to a comment. It seems particularly egregious considering the fact that you're entirely wrong. The cost for housing an inmate in state prison in Florida is actually $74.44 per day, which adds up to $27,171 annually. Your figure was nearly three times the actual cost of housing someone in that state. I'm not sure where you obtained that figure from, but it's not even close to reality. She cannot understand that even though this was not what she INTENDED, this is what her actions lead to, and therefore she must accept the consequences of her actions. Similarly, she probably didn't mean to kill her boyfriend, just hurt him. Because she didn't INTEND for this to happen, she sees no reason why she should be held accountable for it, and therefore won't accept any plea deal.

Sorry, I wasn't shouting that word, I was just emphasising it.🙃
I definitely agree with you, I think she's a narcissist. This is going to be a hell of a trial. Although, I do wonder, if at some point it may hit her, before the trial begins, that she may have made a mistake about refusing that plea deal, then going for it?
Even if she is a narcissist, I could see her accepting that as a form of self preservation, especially if the time comes and she finally sees that things just can't turn out the way she had thought they would. 🤷‍♀️
It shouldn't be too late, even if she changes her mind right up until just days before trial is set to begin.

Her previous attorneys ALL received discovery. We already know she’s seen at least some of it AND was told what the evidence looked like for her. It took some time for her investigator to digitize all that evidence, which wasn’t needed before, so the time it took for them to create a whole process just for her isn’t really all that bad. She wants everything when she wants it, how she wants it, the moment she asks for it. Then, when it’s time for her to agree to dates, she can’t commit and needs more time. Typical.

She wants so badly to manipulate the system. She's going to make everything as difficult as possible to avoid being held accountable for her actions. She either needs to plea or just get on the stand and explain herself and let the jury decide. She knows what is going to happen. No one should feel sorry for her. She tried to control her attorneys and is now playing dumb on purpose.

I was attacked and robbed in a parking garage elevator, by some I knew a few years ago. The garage had him on security footage which defiantly made it easy to identify him. I knew he did, everyone else knew he did it but he sat in jail and denied it. I couldn't understand why almost a whole year later, he hadn't been shown the footage. Several courts dates later, we are all set to go to trial and that day his lawyer was able to show him the video in the jail. He took a plea and went to jail for 4 yrs on a felony charge and I didn't have to experience trial. It is amazing how simple tasks can take a long, long time in the jail system. I'm not suprised she still hasn't gotten what she needs and even when she will, it's not going to be all that she thinks it's going to be. This is why we have lawyers, they do the work for us. But here we are...she is exhausting. And I def. wouldn't be asking the state for advice if I was sitting in her position lol.

Don’t worry, Peter that will be her next argument in the next hearing, someone hears your comment, writes to her told her, tells her what to say bc of what they heard on YT. That’s why I like about Emily Baker she says what is in her mind, but she doesn’t give the argument away, because she knows that people will try to use the words in court. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Peter, it’s so admirable how you stated you love being a lawyer because it allows you to help people who cannot help themselves. I think that’s what we all love about you, along with all the information you share and teach us in your videos. Imagine you were appointed to help Sarah Boone and you tried to help her and all she did was complain and insult you because she had her own ideas about how her case should be defended. Would you ask to be withdrawn from the case as the other lawyers did?
