For me corner lot is better than interior lot. Corner lot is not surrounded by other properties and has good ventilation while interior lot privacy is limited since it is adjoined on all sides by neighbors.

Hi Khay, actually ang soil test ay hindi nmn mandatory kung bibili ka ng lot sa subdivision. Descretionary po yan sa buyer if gus2 nya muna ng soil test to ensure his / investment.

Make sure lg po na you have the clear access of everything including for vehicles in case of emergency. So Kung select mo na ang lugar the most important is you are very much satisfied with your selected location.

San po kya mas okay bumili ng lot? Cavite or Antipolo? Concern ko po hinde prone sa flood at earthquake. Thank you sa pay sagot po.

When it came to earthquake zoning, Cavite is medium hazard compared to Antipolo or Rizal province where 49% of land are prone to ground shaking in the event of an earthquake according to studies. While for flooding both locations have prone areas.
