I am happy to share with you my rest day life and work routine. I went to dentist on my restday, self care is really important especially when you live alone.
I had a price down grocery shopping, cook aglio e olio and Pork Giniling or ground pork recipe. It was a windy day, my bicycle fell twice because of the wind.
The next day, it's work time again. You will got to know how I apply in Japan. I tackle a story about my application and when did I go here.

You’re such a great cook! I love how you first bake the onions and garlic, then add the meat to bake along with them. Sometimes, try adding celery too- it really helps the flavor of the vegetables infuse into the meat. Even though I had already eaten, I could taste how delicious your meal was.

Sorry you felt so bad sweetie but glad you took medicine and nap to help. Its been warmer here, Saturday it reached 75°F in Georgia. That's warm but it does get warmer here quickly. I pay here by the dentist between 90€ and 150€ and the healt insurance pay almost everything back

Hello precious Cherry. Here in Montreal, Canada 🇨🇦 it is minus 7 degrees Celsius but it can go down to the minus 30s Celsius with the wind. So today it is not as cold as it was days ago. But I love the winter and cold 🥶 weather and ❄️ snow, I just make sure I am warmly dressed. Good thing you wore a scarf for your neck to protect you from the wind. Hi Cherry what a coincidence, I've just had similar a spaghetti dish only I had put baby tomatoes and Tuna in mine 😊. It's been cold here was -2 when I went to work the other morning, the cold and wind can give you a headache. We can't buy that amount of painkillers in one go here, we can buy 2 packs (max 32 tablets). It's to prevent over dosing as paracetamol can cause fatal liver damage. I'm supposed to be doing my housework, but I sat down with coffee to watch youtube instead 😂. Hope you have a good day celebrating your two friends birthdays.

Hey Cherrie Pie. Good job visiting dentist. I have a tooth right now that's killing and can't get in til the 26th for the surgeon to look at it and then make a plan. Ughhh. And it's expensive for food here. I bought an 18 piece of eggs and was $11.27!!!! 1 piece of ribeye beef steak $18.00. Fruit and produce is crazy expensive too!! And will only get worse. But nothing can do but choose healthy as much as can.You inspire me to try your recipes. And Riza too. Thanx for your food videos. It's freezing -4 here in Duluth Mn! And snowy. In the night it was -19. I need to check my car to see if it starts. Won't start if it gets too cold. Luckily my neighbor helps out to jump start it with my cables. I give him money for his assistance. I work M-F 8am-430pm. I'm an Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Practitioner. Very busy assisting and skill teaching with ppl who have Mental Health illness. I have 3 college degrees. I have held many positions in my career but find it most enjoyable working directly with ppl. I enjoy your videos as they are calming. I’m glad you enjoy your dental visits 😊. My experience with dentists have been good and bad. As I type this it’s 71° F at 10:08 pm Sunday. I’m looking forward to cooler temps coming later this week. Dinner looked delicious. I make campfire stew ,-- all the veggies I have chopped and brown a beef or pork, serve over biscuits or mashed potatoes. Now, you have adding service over rice.

My goodness, wish i had cheap insurance like you do. I pay 248.00 PER WEEK for my health care which includes dental. Check ups are free but if you have a cavity you pay half of your bill. Glad you got rid of your headache and feeling better.
