Hi Christina, your field notes handstitching piece is coming along beautifully. Your stitching is lovely and it’s nice to see how it flows altogether. I subscribe to a lot of TH-camrs and watch a lot of videos. When I first started my channel, I was rather taken a back by a comment that a lady had left me saying that she only has time to watch Roxy’ Creations, Wendy’s Journal Adventure and Artymaze and wasn’t interested in watching anyone else. I am sensitive, and that comment really bothered me. My husband asked me why I started the TH-cam channel and I told him I wanted a visual diary of how I progressed with my journals and my stitching. I do them now and create playlists so when my mind finally goes, I can watch a playlist of mine and feel very happy. People don’t realize how cruel their words can be so create what you like to create and share with us who are interested all the lovely work you do. Let’s share the love of creating for those of us who love to watch all people create. I look forward to your next video.💕🪡🧵🎉🇨🇦

Yes there’s all sorts of reasons we make our TH-cam’s. And I personally (with PTSD), enjoy it as a way to secure my place in the world and to give feedback to myself that I’m here and valid and deserve to have a place in the world. That might seem odd to anyone without a trauma background. But that’s my personal process.
This is a wonderful community and I am enjoying making friends and connecting to people around the world.
