Muay Thai Pads from Southpaw Stance with High Level Thai Trainer Cookie

Cookie is the pad holder of some of the top Muay Thai fighters who fight at Lumpinee, Channel 7, and Rajadamnern. He is one of the best pad holders I have ever worked with with his pace, rhythm and effort he gives on pads. I have been working on my Southpaw stance for a few years, and it is now as good as my Orthodox position.

You risk hyperextending your elbow if the kick doesn't hit the sweet spot or you hold too soft,you can also tear something in your forearm if you hold too tight,It's for experienced trainers
