The name Ryu ”リュウ”has the kanji [粒]. Which often refers to as "grain" or "particle". Mainly any small objects like Rice, SAND, etc. So the new shinju basically Shinki and the name is suggesting his iron sand
Yup, I'm used to using 「竜」 for kanji, but I did see that 「粒」also lines up. It not being shinki would be interesting. But it is the closest aesthetic line-up... And the kanji makes sense too. Though both can be read as リュウ 〜 I do agree that he looks different (as the video mentions), but the creator isn't considering that 3 years passed. Even Boruto looks fairly different.
Its shinki.....plain as day. But something caught my attention, with the way Boruto has been heavily involved in intense battles in recent chapters, the only way Momoshiki will appear is if Boruto deals a huge amount of damage during one of these fights...............but it would hv to be continuous battle. Which means that Boruto is gonna meet another when he escapes from Konoha. And where would he go to from Konoha? To Kashin Koji ofc.......
The meaning of Ryu is dragon. So he must be some type of earth, water, and fire element user. Like Hidari is earth, water, and lightning, Mamushi is earth, water, and acid, Matsuri is earth and water, and wind and Jura is that version of the 10 tails, nintails chakra, and water, earth, and wind. I find it odd that Hidari can't use fire release at least not yet. What if Jura actually is Boruto, and the Boruto we are seeing in front of us actually is Momoshiki trying to trick everybody.
@@JoeyAllison-tj5jb Japanese has a lots of words that says Ryu. And every word differs with kanji (a writing way in Japan). And the Ryu that has been used in the text is [粒] that means "grains" or "particles". Japanese people often use this to indicate rice, sand, etc. So no this Ryu does not mean Dragon.

The shinju gained consciousness when they ate moeigi since she has wood style release
Moegi has nothing to do with them gaining consciousness
Wtf
they're trees, the 10 tails already can do wood style.
the consciousness comes from the shinutsu clawmark.
lol hahahahah I had to start some steam .people here making assumptions instead of just watching the fukin thing played out
