@@haransethuraman6944 firstly I wish your brother all the best, it's not a fun situation. As for me? I was at work, pretty normal day when suddenly I had an extreme pain in my chest followed by an extreme pain in my stomach, I say 'extreme' because there really is no word to describe the pain, it was horrific, then I lost the feeling in my right leg from toes to hip. Ambulance came, rushed me to two seperate hospitals and done a sternoscopy on me then sewed my aorta back together. I woke with 3 draining tubes in my stomach a wire out my neck and another another wire out from below the draining tubes, I had also apparantly had a half collapsed lung so I had to practice breathing techniques I was in hospital a week and then sent home with follow up appointments, the feeling came back in my leg after the op but that leg still hurts pretty much every time I walk. As for the cost? I'm from England so healthcare is free here, hope this has helped my friend

This video deserves more than 15K views, a comprehensive approach to the pathophysiology of A.D and its complications, should've spent more time on the classification though.
