Went into factory settings and just unticked the "car without OEM settings" box.
I can now sellect "original car information" and setup phone, Bluetooth etc.

Question: i noticed that the translation of English terms into Dutch contains many errors .. i assume that the translation is done by google translate. Can you tell me if it is possible to change a language file? And if so, where is it stored?
if the order qty is big, that is ok to customized and add your language or edit to the version you needs, but for 1 pcs or few pcs order, we don't accept, it spend too much time and a lot man power.

I am having a problem.
When I select "car information" just goes to a clock image.
On the idrive I can scoll, select features but once I press idrive menu, nothing happens.
Cannot get into car information.
if your car without original screen, such as E90 no screen, in that case, it just show a "clock", because no OEM interface; if your car with original screen, such as CCC, CIC, NBT or EVO, these are all have OEM car interface. if that case, you need to check the setting , in factory setup menu, there is a setting call "car without OEM monitor".

some boot logo have law trouble, thus, we can not built-in such kind of logoes, such as OEM BMW LOGO, that have law trouble and R&D (software maker) don't want to get into a trouble on that.
What if you try all the car type, in the settings, but all dont works, ??? i have BMW E90 with CCC

you should ask your seller directly, they know more details. you ask me: GPS setting , for what problems? can not get into original car menu? or other problems? you did't write in details for problem.

I just un-ticked the assist in factory setting and its gone. Just a unlinked seat belt warning. Had nothing to do with car functions.
Hello, I chose id8 for f10 but the interface (main screen) still appears as id7. However, when I enter applications such as music and videos, it appears with the id8 theme. How can we fix this?
Better contact your supplier for details. Not recommend using our software to update your model ( if your model is different to our model )

RK3399 model is android 8.1 /9.0, that is too old models and have stopped production for several years, thus, the R&D not focus on the models that was stopped production.

ONLY Android 11 model (Snapdragon 662）can be upgrade, android 10 or PX6 models, are no way to update it.

ID8 just available this few days, if your model is Android 11 os, it can be upgrade the firmware to add this ID8 menu.
