Hello, I have the same exact unit on my 09 mercedes, 4.0ntg. When I am in reverse, the back up camera comes on, when I put into Drive the screens goes black says no input on the screen. I have to click on go back icon to get the screen to come back on. Also I am getting no sound on phone when dialing , but music is ok.
I have a very bad sound quality, a lot of distortion, if I turn down the system volume down, it improves a little, but I get a very low volume. The equalizer of the android screen is very limited, and I cannot make a professional tune up, do you have any suggestions and do you know a professional DSP controller app that can I use to improve my sound?

It looks like the google maps apps running and make the system crash, you can download newer versions of google maps , or if your android version is too old , when installing new google map app, it might also have this problem ( crash itself).
I tried to upload a mercedes boot logo and it didnt work now im stuck on a black screen but the music plays and i can still make and receive calls. Can you help?

Setting issue, you can check it . In the factory settings, turn off the “ turn signal “ , the 360 camera, choose “ OEM camera “

The Mercedes Android screen, so far , if you using CarPlay, it still use built in microphone ( from Android screen) , it can not use OEM MIC yet

If your model bought from us , you can contact us directly, if that is not our model , it not work , the logo format is different

You can check if your phone connected to original Bluetooth or not , if yes , disconnect the original Bluetooth

Disconnect the CarPlay first , click the setting of Zlink app, go to settings interface, there is a setting call “ MIC loopback “ , set to “ none “ .
