Hello this is patrick from amsterdam Holland. I have a screen but, I have a problem. I use CarPlay but have no sound with Siri and WhatsApp message. Also if somebody calls me, I can’t not hear them but they hear me. If I switch to my Bluetooth oem, everything works fine.

I'm connected to Apple CarPlay to play music and trying to adjust the configuration in the equalizer apps, but why is there no difference when I adjust the configuration?
The EQ adjustment is not for CarPlay , when using CarPlay , it in fact using your cellphone function music , it just show in bigger display; those EQ is for android music ( play from Android device)
@@HifimaxOfficial thank you! That worked! Another issue is, when I am using carplay, and connect my phone to car’s original USB to charge my phone, the sounds from carplay goes away and only comes back when I unplug the USB
You heard the noise when play music ? if you play the music from android home menu (instead of carplay menu), it work well ? for the phone call, you can try: when using the music, do 't connect the phone to OEM Bluetooth, after connected the Carplay, you can set the bluetooth to OFF (In your cellphone).
My problem is not that i want to turn the screen but the disply change 90deg and i can not get to the setup buttons because the buttons are hidden. Must i reload the firmware to get it right. And how and what does one to do.

This old BMW X3 e83 always have this problem, no matter the model with or without OEM display, it can not show the car info in "dashboard", for this, we also write this problem in our products web page (in the end of page), you can check it, @@maximesanguinede9301
When you play the music or video from android home page ( the musical or video from the hard disk of android screen, it have sound ? Or only TH-cam video no sound ?

Why I don't have menu like this, I have different one and very complicated
The drag and drop to the left fixed menu doesnt work for me. I can only drag the large main menu items. Is there another way?
I don’t know the details model you have, if you bought it from other seller, maybe their model can not do that but our model can DIY as my video

When I hit turn signal( left or right) , the screen goes back to factory and doesn’t come back to android until I cancel the turn signal
In the factory settings, there is a setting can fix this , just set as “ uncontrolled “ for turn light .

Also my car f30 small screen i couldnt find it in car display
small screen is just choose "half screen", BMW models with too much car types and models, it can not write all of them to this menu.
My Android Auto doesn't show the factory programming and dashboard information
That need to know more details, some BMW like X3 E83 or 7er E65 is not show car info in the “ dashboard “ interface
How do I rotate a 12.3 screen with 90 degree to normal position
that is a fix screen, can not rotate... for BMW models...

When I play music on video from TH-cam on the Android there is no sound. The only time I get sound is when I play music for my phone
