    I can appreciate someone who doesn't use "whiteout" to hide a mistake and just starts fresh. (Jack shaft) awesome tutorials I'll definitely be a customer

    Thanks, this helped my install tonight. All together but DAMN, those tolerances in the swingarm and the main drive shaft were ridiculous. Mine was very hard to get together.

    I have completely installed this swing arm and am now trying to install the rear wheel, but I don't have clearance to fit the brake hanger in. Stock wheel with the stock spacers, just fits in the swing arm. Need another 3mm to fin the hanger onto the spacer and slot into the swing arm. Can anyone help me?

    the swing arm pivot point flaw sure seems to evade you young fellers. There is no need for a bearing in that application and you guys using the inner races of all those bearings, sandwiched together causes the infamous jack shaft clicking that everyone is complaining about. Way nice swing arm though and i bet its 100 times better than the sur ron junk swing arm. Dont worry we have a fix coming for my sur ron brothers out there. th-cam.com/users/shortscx4NhTQDoPU

    The swing arm is awesome but that chain is an absolute piece of crap it stretched so bad every time I rode and tried walking off of the front sprocket and made horrible grinding sounds on climbs. I adjusted it multiple times and it never improved. I switched to a DID chain and all my issues went away. Awesome product horrible chain.

    • @EBMXtreme

    + wtf is this bolt to attach to the rocker arm ??? Are you serious? Making a cool swing arm with the same design flaws as surron ? Use a proper axle, not a bolt. And the straight double ball bearings -.-, design flaw, use roller bearings or bushings but not this non sense ..

    • @EBMXtreme
      @EBMXtreme  ปีที่แล้ว

      There are good reasons why we have gone with the same sized bolts that the stock bikes uses, or else people would need a fully custom bike and would not be able to run a swing arm without buying a linkage.. we think your comment shows a real lack of understanding

    • @surronzak8154
      @surronzak8154 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@EBMXtremelol, don’t do like you didn’t understand me, you use a real axle on such a suspension, not a bolt with the threads making a weak spot for cracks, my knowledge on mechanical properties of metals is on point thank you.
      Seems to me you have lack of knowledge by not selling it with proper bolts like the Warp9 ones, the threads are just on the end, it’s a custom bolt, not just a cheap regular bolt with threads in the middle.
      What about the « more room for bigger tires? » You didn’t change the chain line so there is not more room for bigger tires

    Many questions, why did you have that washer behind the axel adjustment block?

  • @gritred5500
    @gritred5500 ปีที่แล้ว

    why would someone do this? the money to do this put a new fork upgrade battery upgrade controller… why not find another bike with which to start.

    • @Tumid1
      @Tumid1 ปีที่แล้ว

      People who build a fully modified Surron have lost the plot. They think they "only" spent $ 4,000 for the bike but then they proceed to spend another $ 10,000 to replace EVERYTHING except the main frame (which doesn't fit anyone over 5'5") & then put in countless hours acquiring & mounting aftermarket parts only to end up with a $ 15,000 bike with a compromised frame designed to meet a $ 4,000 pricepoint.
      In the 70's this was common practice for Japanese motorcycles which after everything was done, you ended up with an ill-handling Frankenbike that regularly cracked frames because the big tires & additional horsepower exceeded the frames capability. I wonder if the same thing will happen to these bikes.
      Bottom line...buy a Stark, at least you don't have to re-design it...and it's CHEAPER !!

      @@Tumid1well, 9000$ an not street legal, it’s the same as a full upgraded surron, you just don’t have the fun to change parts and see it evolve, and it doesn’t look as cool as the surron , just my opinion ;-)
