Oh my gosh! This is what I needed💖. I want to be an advocate so I applied for LLB and diploma in law (I passed my matric with a D as well) so last week I got rejected for LLB (I'm so heart broken) and for Diploma I'm still on the waiting list. But my goal is to study LLB right. So my question is should I do the diploma or apply for higher certificate in order to get to the LLB level, which one is quicker? If I do ihigher certificate will I qualify for LLB and how many years will I study for and if I take the diploma in law route to LLB will I qualify if yes how many years will I do the LLB. (I hope I make sense) lol...
Helloz. I am glad you have found what you needed😅
The Higher Certificate route is quicker. You might have to do it for3- 4 years as it will depend on the number of modules they credit you. If you do the Diploma in Law route, it will take you about 6 years... I wish you all the best ❤️

Hii i have a question, can you do your HC at UNISA for a year than apply to a university like Ufs or Stellenbosch the year after for the "normal or traditional " route to obtaining an LLB?

I really do not want to give you a Yes or No answer. I would advise that you enquire from the University you would love to change to. But I have heard people say you can but I have never tried it.

Helloz... I only stayed with her until she was 2 years. I tried to balance. Xa elele I would study the time wayeselusana. Then when she was approaching a year I took her to daycare, whilst I study at the library then pick her up when I was done for the day. Take her to Daycare because babusy shem and bathanda ne Attention 😅All the best ❤️

Hey there... Yes you can change. But I would advise that you don't drop out this year but choose modules ezikhoyo nakwiHC, so that you can apply for those modules to be credited xa usenza iHC.
A quick question Zim, so I'm doing my first year of Diploma in law and all the modules I'm doing this year are the same as modules in HC in law . My question is how can I now jump from Dip in law to LLB??
Hello. You cannot just jump if you did not qualify for LLB. You have to complete either a HC or Diploma in Law. In your situation, the fact that you have completed HC modules does not mean you now qualify for LLB, remember HC and DipLaw are two different qualifications. You will have to reapply for HC and apply for credits to have the modules credited.
Aye sorry this is totally out of your career choice. But I also have a diploma pass but I would like to study Education. What is the best route to study Education? Should I apply for the Higher certificate and then gosh idk im so clueless.

It is a one year sisi but the maximum time they give you to complete it is 3 years. Diploma in Law is 3 years... Have you seem a list of your modules yet? You will notice that it say 10 modules
