hey mann!! your tutorials are simply amazing i must say. i had great difficulty in operating the word, even after doing a certification course in microsoft word the pot of creativity embedded in mind was closed. By watching tutorials you have not only taught me how to improve upon the creativity level but also how a person can do wonderful things from some basic softwares like word. Thankss mannn!!!

Hi Michelle, If the view tab is missing and you have 2010 it is because it is disabled. Go to File on the top left and choose Options then Customise ribbon on the right hand panel under the heading Main tabs tick the box VIEW. This will add the view tab back to the ribbon. Hi Cbiblical, I checked 2013 which is what I use and there is A4. Page Setup/ Paper / A4. You may need to use the scroll bar on the right to find it. If you leave it set to letter when you print the page will not ne full. Kind regards and best wishes Trevor

I am having the same issue... there is no 'VEIW' tab that allows me to check of (show) gridlines.. the (show) 'RULER' is off to the side above the scroll bar, but again, I too (using Microsoft word 2010) do not have a view tab and have been looking EVERYWHERE, I even tried to find instructions all I can come up with is that I think you have to pay to get those options... ? hope I am wrong, but assume I am not.. it is the world we live in.. :/
how to you save the file. the reason is I created a brochures, but after it saved on word, when I reopen the file, it turned out different, no picture as background, the boxes were everywhere.

Trevor Easton well I don't know to describe exactly, I mean I don't understand the way you change tri fold brochure, after you have created tri fold brochure, it changed too fast so i couldn't look way you do with that or it is template brochure and you pasted? Thanks
Hi En, The video up to this point shows how to set up the brichure text areas. Then it shows the downloadable template with a couple of more shapes with some text. You can download the base template or create your own whichever you prefer. Best wishes Trev
