LOVE the hover rig! Different presentation creates strikes. Very good for suspended fish in the middle of a channel where bass are feeding on bait pods. 🙂
Im a guide on beaver and my question is, how do you keep your livescope in the cone for your customers? I feel like im always in wind blown areas and fishing deep 25-40 foot (depending on brush piles and thermocline). Should i just target back of coves where it is calm or keep the main lake bite going.
Yeah I will fish in the wind if need be and read how the clients are. The day we caught over 60 it was a lil windy and .... I had a turret with the scope on. I get in so many different boats it can add an extra twist to it. Most of the time I role like if it was me fishing and show them to see and learn.
Good stuff Jimi, im willing to bet if you would have dropped down in weight on the ball head to help slow down your presentation, you probally would have done well. Just my thoughts.God bless !! Keep the faith my brother.
@@TheFishingCoach i was thinking a 1/8 or 1/16 would help to work the bait slower .Like dropping down the weight of a jig in the winter same concept .It causes you to work the bait slower.Just something for you to experiment with. Thanks again Jimi tight lines my friend.
I have gone to those light of jig heads before. You need the right soft plastic for them to have the shake right on em. But even this day. They were hitting the hover rig as it was sitting still. Like a soft plastic jerkbait when you work it? What plastics do you like for 1/8 and 1/16? I have those in tungsten
I really like the hover rig and a 2.8 Keitech; however, I can’t get a bite. Guess I’ll keep throwing it till I get bit. Good decisions, as basic as it gets. One Deacon ends his scripture presentation with “Lord, what we are going to do today?”
still not confident with the core hover rig. Workin on it. As far as good decisions, seek God's written word for his moral will and also seek wise counsel from mature Christians. I just read a book called "Hearing God" which was excellent in that regard.

Love the hover rig. I love the baby fluke on it. It's probably my favorite. Great message on the faith juice section!
Appreciate it Zach!
Amen! I praise God for you!
Appreciate the comment!
The baby brush hog is a super sneaky shallow water killer on the hover rig
Sweet!!
I like the faith juice portion of the videos
Thanks for feedback!

The bite is tough right now. Keep at it! Thanks for sharing
In other words, it's about the fall rate
Get bit, but loose the fish, can't get in the boat, maybe hook flex too much, just pulled in to the fish, line 8lb to braid, how to get in the boat
Are they throwing you off or pullin off? The fish mouth are softer right now due to water temperatures so you may lose more then normal....
Amen. Decisions have consequences. Make good decisions based on the Lord's will in your life.
Appreciate ya! Good to hear from you 👍🏽
