Fading steps;
Debulk If needed with #4
1st step, guideline with zero (make sure it drops towards back)
2nd step, guideline with .5 (no guard lever open)
3rd step, guideline 1.5
4th step, 2.5 blend outwards
5th step, 3.5 & 4.5 blend out to the top
6th, step clipper or shear over comb finish blending to top
7th, step blend out top guideline w/ 1.5 guard open to 3 qtr
8th step, blend second guideline w/ .5 guard open to 3 qtr
9th step, continue blending second guideline w/ 1 guard open to 3 qtr
10th step, blend first guideline w zero, lever closed
11th step, open lever half way, continue blending
12th step, continue blending with lever open
13th step, do any touch up work
14th step, use trimmers to take out bottom hair

Great video…like you mentioned giving QUALITY over QUANTITY. For barbers willing to put in the real work is the reason the barber industry should all bring up their prices for this type of work 🙌🏽. Unless your flying through your work for quantity for an ok haircut then you can keep your prices where there at.

Im actually confused because it is supposed to be the same Guard you use for the one you need to Blend. I got my Clipper at ross and I dont have a 1.5 guard it is just straight up 1 - 6 guards. Is it still okay to use the same guard to blend those guidelines?
