I love this video. The personality of this couple makes it seem like the fun neighbors that you would want to hang with on the weekend or call if you needed help. The communication was real and genuine
Thanks for the lovely compliment and we’re glad you enjoyed the video. This one wasn’t one of our typical “a week of sailing, living, and fixing stuff on the boat” video so please check out a few other episodes and let us know what you think. Thanks again!
Nice job. Laundry room on a sailboat is unusual, but I think it was a great add. People often forget that when boats becomes your home, you truly need to consider some items like a laundry area.
Love this!!! We go back and forth about adding it. When we’re sailing im thinking about doing laundry lol but it’s true. You guys have a lot of energy. Love the video.
Just found your channel. I also subscribe to several other sailors on you tube. I Lived aboard a 50 foot ferro Cement ketch with my dad when I was in high school for four years. He always planned to sail the world but never happened , but we sailed the great Lakes and had the boat for 35 years. I’ve Chartered out of the Bvi’s out of Tortola four times with Conch charters over an 18 year span. Twice with my dad before he passed and twice with my husband and friends. Unfortunately I don’t get to sail much in my life right now but love watching you guys and all the sailors on TH-cam. I’ve raced in the great lakes including the Port Huron to Mackinac once in 2000. We sail on our friends 38 foot hunter on Lake Huron on occasion. We also try to do a day sale on 140 foot tall ship and grand traverse Bay went we can get up there. Any little bit of sailing I can get in my life I will take it. Lol. Counting the months until our next charter. My husband loves sailing as well. Watching you guys really gives me incentive to get busy making our next sailing trip. Lol. 😊. We’ve always chartered bareboat with our friends but are thinking about having a captain and crew next time or chartering with private owners. Just the two of us or maybe with one other couple. My husband’s had two knees replaced and we can get around on the boat pretty good and be a decent crew , but not sure we could do what you guys are doing alone. Would love to buy a boat and put it into charter service and sail on it whenever we have the opportunity and maybe I should look into that at some Point. I’m 58 and my husbands 70.... he just retired and I am planning on retiring possibly in the next two years. Watching others do this really makes you see what’s possible. Take care and keep the wonderful videos coming.
Thanks. Just Catamarans in Dania Beach does amazing work and I believe may be the only company that sources the exact same materials as the factory since they do a lot of the commissioning.
I just happen to find y'all in the wee hours of the morning as I was skimming through trying to find something to watch being I was unable to see. I saw your title "How we converted our Leopard...." So I added it to my watch list and I glad I did. I really like what y'all had done to your home. As a young kid my grandmother would tell me the stories of Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn and I've always dreamed of building meself a Shanty boat and just live out on a lazy river. Well I'm pushing 70 hard and my Shanty Boat is still docked in my dreams and imagination I've had a many of adventures on it in my mind. I sure can tell you all about my awesome adventures that I've had like they happened in real life, but in the end their all just fictional stories but it's fun telling the stories like if they were nonfiction... LOL And now in my golden years I lay here thinking back of all the miles that I've travel crossed our great country on two wheels and camped beside a many of rivers. My tent is the closest I've gotten to a Shanty Boat but as I would lay there looking up at the stars on those HOT bug infested nights camped beside a river I'd tell my two best friends (me and myself) = BFFs about all the adventures I've had on my Shanty Boat floating down the river. Yea they loved to hear the stories night after night, Then morning came and we'd all pack up camp or I should say that I packed up camp those two me and myself would just stand there and watch as I packed everything on the bike and made ready to put another couple hundred on the my motorcycle, It was a tight fit the three of us on one bike I always made room for them I'd never leave those two behind. Just because they're my BFFs they may be lazy and annoying at time but God and them is all I got to talk to as the miles past by all day long... LOL... Well I've rambled on long enough for this time. So again thanks for a great video that I really enjoyed watching. Until next time you kids be blessed in Jesus name... BBE...
Thank you! We think it's one of the best rooms in the boat. There's so much storage, and it's very functional. Thanks for watching, and we're glad you enjoyed the video.
Just ran across your channel today for the first time. The Leopard 45 is what we want to eventually sail as well. We’re on a 4-7 yr plan b-4 we take off…brilliant storage!
Thanks! We also had a 4-7 year plan which worked out really well for us. Check out the story here where we did an Ask A Leopard Owner video for Leopard: th-cam.com/video/qAydimz4TWo/w-d-xo.html Good luck guys!
Hello! We are a family of three that just purchased a leopard 45 to start the same adventure as you. I really love all the additions that you have made to your boat and if possible I would like to discuss it with you to learn a little bit more if you agree of course! Thank you so much!
Awesome couple you guys rock. Love the total idea of water floating life. Enjoy the details you guys put into your passion, BEAUTIFUL spot to float, enjoy guys. Definitely will sub to the channel.
My first episode with you guys and it was great! Thanks for walking us through. Your home is amazing, and you inspire this Indiana boy to spend some time over blue water!
Thank You...Really enjoyed your video. Beautiful Re-fit....1st timer on your site but will now start at the beginning and live vicariously through your dream/reality. Too old for my reality...wish I had started earlier. Rock On You Two. Lachium
I am impressed! Great use of space and it’s all to your needs...very cool. Your only missing one thing...the back davit for the Harley. Okay, I see a how to pack clothes DYI video coming up. Cheers from white rock bc Canada...cheers
Thanks! I really wanted to get one of my Harleys onto the boat but figured in a couple of months in the salt air it would just be a bucket of rust. So we named our dinghy Harley and I ride it as fast as I can! It even felt great the other day when we were on it and it started to rain. I felt right at home with the rain in my face feeling like being stabbed with needles. 😜
I like you dual focus on the full cockpit enclosure: comfort and especially safety (haven't heard before the argument that the enclosure stops ppl "run" out without thinking, but it makes sense)
Nice! One of the complaints about a charter designed boat is the storage have been optimized for 1 or 2 weeks at best. I love your utility room idea. Subbed to show my support for the big-boobed statue!
Thanks! Her name is Mahalia. Adrienne bought her for me as a gift from JR the Woodcarver in Little Farmers Cay, Exumas Bahamas. I really love Mahalia because for some reason she kind of reminds me of my Mom. 😆🤪😳
Our pleasure! And we most definitely will continue to learn and share! In fact our port side engine died twice the other day for two totally unrelated issues and we managed to figure it all out (with some phone-a-friend help). We’ll show all of that in a future video shortly.
Just found you. Former yacht Captain, I enjoyed every moment of this video🎉 ..... Hubs left for his Mets baseball game. Sigh .... what are you going to do? 🤷 Anyway ..... love talking the nuts and bolts of a boat. Thanks for the memories.👍😃
Just watched your vid, great tour of your boat/home….. you had mentioned that your original iPad doesn’t have cell service so it doesn’t track you, might I recommend getting a “DualGPS receiver”. I use it for my iPad navigation (INavX). It’s a rechargeable wireless satellite receiver that connects to your iPad or iPhone via Bluetooth and makes it so you don’t need to use cell service on your device. Happy sailing, it’s great to see people out there living their dreams…….
First timer, I enjoyed your video, and I finally found some sailors that are closer to my age. You guys really did a lot of customizations, I'll bet Just Catamarans likes you guys. I haven't gotten a chance to check out all of your videos yet, but I'll get caught up. Thanks and fair winds.
Hi, we're so glad you found us. We are very happy with our customizations. And yes, Just Cats does like us. We hope you enjoy the rest of the videos, and we love constructive comments. Happy 4th!
Great video! Love your utility room!! This will be our next boat! We are getting ready to cruise south from Georgian Bay Ontario Canada on our Hunter 410 that we have had for 12 years and will start cruising on her then will see how it goes and switch to a cat later! Great name and logo! Hope to follow along on your journey
A lot of the upgrades we made were made previously by other Leopard 45 owners who shared their ideas. But that laundry room was all ours. We love everything we did. Thanks for watching, and we're glad you found it informative.
Great job. Tip: you can add a Bluetooth GPS and your non-cellular iPad will connect to provide the GPS info to Navionics app. Question: can your Inreach provide weather data to PredictWind? Info: It’s not the cleanliness of the sea water flush that determines if it stinks - it’s the little marine creatures (e.g. plankton) that die in the hoses and decay from the anaerobic bacteria.
Thanks for the tip! Just ordered a new GPS receiver for my iPad. Great idea! The InReach can’t provide the grib files needed for PredictWind as far as I know.
Love the thought/anticipation you've done to be prepared for any/all future events both known and unknown. (taking ownership proactively) .. .. .. Efficiency and Safety and Convenience and Creature Comforts. Electronics/Backup Electronics for safety. Your Pantry is one example of convenience. The Feathering props an example of efficiency. Laundry & Closet area for Creature Comforts/Daily Living - making the workload a bit lighter. I would be Highly surprised if several of your ideas were not Permanently Adopted by Catamaran Manufacturers. Good Job, you two! (Got distracted by a phone call or two and a couple of text messages -- missed what you may have presented for engine/power and sails.)
Thanks for the comment! Our engines are standard Yanmar 45s. Sails are standard except for our Parasailor which is an amazing downwind headsail. We’ll show it more in our Bahamas episodes. And our 900 amp hours of lithium batteries and 1600 watts of solar gives us lots of energy for our needs. We even run our AC for 8 hours during the night off of the batteries. We didn’t talk about it in the video (or maybe we did) but we moved the starboard AC temperature sensor into our cabin and reduced the air flow in the vents except for our cabin. So it takes about 90 amps to keep us cool at night. (90 amps at 8 hours is 720 amp hours which we have covered)
Nice video as usual. Would love for you guys to make a video about boat/cruising insurance. Yes or no insurance, pitfalls, costs, restrictions, benefits, etc. I know the costs increase exponentially when docked vs cruising and also depending on the area, but a good overview with some specifics would be awesome.
Our great friends onboard Sailing Oliluki did a very detailed video on this subject. That should help a lot but let us know if it helps you guys out! Check them out: th-cam.com/video/90WBiuvSqbk/w-d-xo.html
You know that’s a really good point! We’re thinking about putting out a new Addendum type of video where we recap the changes and add the costs associated with each item. What do you think?
You’re very welcome. We’re about to put out a video following up on this one which has all of the costs associated with each upgrade. It should be out in a week. Thanks for watching!
I think we gave Kent quite enough money at this point. 😊😄. We just stuck a basket at the bottom and keep the laundry soap in it now. So it worked out well. Thank you for the suggestion though.
I loved the laundry room. If you do not mind me asking, what did that conversion cost?? That changed the game on that boat and added so much storage! More than one "free" Just Catamaran bag worth I am sure.
@@SailingWindTherapy I just bought a Leopard 40 catamaran, and it's named "Snowbird of Norway", so you can guess. :) It has been used as a liveaboard and sailed in the Mediterranean by the previous owner, so it is more or less ready for sea.
This is my first view! I guess youtube dropped it into my feed as my wife and I enjoy Gone with the Wynns. I really enjoyed your laid back and no nonsense walk through! I'm wondering why some of your more ingenious ideas like the laundry room and the pantry doors don't wind up on Options Lists for manufacturers or outfitters. They seem so logical!
We love Nikki and Jason. We got to hang out with them a bit in Feb 2020 in Miami and they even came on board Wind Therapy for a walk through. They are as cool in real life as they are in their videos. I think Leopard is content to sell their boats as is and let others deal with the changes unless it’s something that is more critical. Probably not worth their time and effort to do all sorts of individual modifications. And that’s not a slam against Leopard. They have a great business model that works for them. Thanks for watching!
@@SailingWindTherapy I suppose there are just way too many great ideas! Thank goodness for vlogs like yours and the Wynns so the learning process is a lot faster! (Subscribed, by the way!)
I also watch Gone with the Wynns and a few others and this pop-up a recommended. This was a great and super helpful tour! I will definitely keep following along with Sailing Wind Therapy's journey. Who knows, maybe one day I'll get my wish to live like this too!
Thanks for doing this video. You have a lot of good ideas! Can you talk more about your fresh/salt water head set up? Or if you address this in another video, which one? Thanks a lot. Look forward to following you.
Thanks Linda! We always told our kids to watch the “potty” talk but in this case we’ll make an exception 🙂. The boat came with salt water flush only. That’s fine in many places but not in many marinas. So we tapped into the Fresh water line, installed a back flow preventer valve, and added a toggle switch. We actually thought we could do this all on our own based on watching other TH-cam videos but while we were at Just Catamarans getting some other work done we asked them to do the first one for us while we watched. Then we intended to do the rest ourselves. But we then got lazy and just had them do all of them 😜 We are very happy with them.
Great video. We are doing the same thing but we put the boat in the Moorings charter program a year ago with 4 to go. Made sense for us from a tax standpoint and being able to afford what we wanted. A few questions please. 1. What grill did you go with? 2. On the flooring what manufacturer did you choose and did Just Catamarans install it? After our first few weeks on the boat as owners our feet were torn up from the texture on the fiberglass so flooring will be a must. Any recommendations here appreciated? 3. Did you use ruggable carpets or what did you use? Did you put in the salon as well as the hull hallways? 4. Do you struggle with the back porch table being hard to slide around? We’re thinking of replacing with a teak table where the front and back flip over to allow you to slide down either side. Thoughts? 5. Did you think about refrigeration in the bench where the windlass breaker is located? Would that be possible? Thanks for any help. We hope to meet you guys in person once we can retire to Nomada Caribena full time. Love the videos.
Ours was a Moorings boat as well that we purchased new and place into charter. But we pulled it out early after six months since we got lucky with work and were able to retire. 1. The grill is Force10 which came with the boat. It’s an awesome grill and we love it. Only issue is that I can’t find an attachment to put on the front to hold stuff. 2. The flooring came with the boat from the factory (since we had a Crewed Yacht). The newer ones come with a lighter faux teak decking which is much cooler on the feet. Ours gets extremely hot in the sun. Check the Facebook Leopard Owners group forum for different brands. 3. We bought some indoor/outdoor rugs from Amazon. There are a ton of cheap options. The hardest part is finding the right sizes. I wouldn’t buy anything expensive for this since I can see it getting beaten up due to salt water and sand. 4. We don’t like the aft cockpit table either and yes it’s hard to maneuver around. There are a couple of different options for teak folding tables however they are pretty expensive and takes a long time to get made and delivered. We just haven’t gotten around to doing this yet but it’s in our list. 5. A Fridge where I think you are talking about doesn’t make much sense to me. We’ve got our standard vitrifrigo (which totally sucks), the aft cockpit vitrifrigo fridge (which is great), and an awesome domestic fridge/freezer below (which is really, really great). There are a number of options for adding the extra fridge though it’s always a trade off on space. Some people keep a domestic outside (under the table or aft by the lifelines). Some have removed their nav station and placed one there. There are lots of options you can find on the fb Leopard 45 owners group too. Good luck with the boat! Where are you keeping her? We spent 5 years going to the BVI and it’s like a second home to us.
Very cool! We've been following your travels since you left St Pete when we were across from you taking our 103/104 class. Counting down the days til we have a boat of our own and can head to that beautiful turquoise water! ❤️
We’re glad you are sharing the voyage with us! The really good stuff is about to start getting posted since we’ve been in the Bahamas for the past few months. 😁 And your day will come soon enough, we promise. We dreamed of this every night for 7 years and now we’re finally living it!
At least you know you have options now. We absolutely love our his/her heads along with our laundry/storage/work room. Good luck and thanks for watching!
Tons of great ideas that we plan to 'steal'! The first on our list are those 'John steps' to assist in boarding from a slip dock. Will you please share information on where you sourced those with us?
Of course! It’s from John Brault: Stainless Steel Fabricators of Ft Lauderdale 954.990.3610 Super nice guy with extremely high quality work. He made our solar arches which we always get complimented on due to the quality of the stainless bends, the step, the dive rack, and our helm seat foot rest. The man’s a genius. 😊
@@Sirena_Edonismo oh sure, after I’ve left St. Pete. 😜 Hey we’ll be in town the first week in June and are planning a little get together at the Marina on one of Glenn’s boats just down the dock from you. We’ll let you know when soon and hopefully you’re not 6 miles up in the air
Hi Helen, did you watch the video we did with Leopard where we talked about our situation? If not, please give it a watch and see if that answers some of your questions. If it doesn’t, let us know. 😊 th-cam.com/video/qAydimz4TWo/w-d-xo.html
Incredible amount of thought went in to each upgrade, you guys must of had some time on the boat I assume to really figure all of this out. By the way, what year is that? We are after a Leopard 45 but didn't consider a charter boat until seeing this. Would you do a charter boat again if you had to do it all over again? I assume yes as it is a beautiful boat.
We had a list of things we were sure we needed (based on other Leopard 45 owners) such as Lithium batteries and solar. Plus we had a list of things we thought we might need but wanted to use the boat for a while to determine if so. Then there were things we never thought we would want such as water tank monitors which now we’re about to add next month after living on the boat full time. Maybe it never ends?🤔
That’s excellent! Thanks so much for the detailed information. And for inviting us into your home... it’s beautiful. Saw a number of ideas that I will steal when we finally get onto a boat. Thanks so much. One thing that I wonder about is why Just Cats didn’t use the normal locking latch on the pantry cut away cupboard? Seems like it’s unlikely to open accidentally in a seaway but most have it so why not that new additional one? I’m sure it’s fine as is but just wondering if there is a reason. Anyway, thanks again. Hope you have a lovely time there in that beautiful area. (I just looked at your position from your website. ) Safe passages and following seas.
Thanks Tony. So we just analyzed it...It’s got very substantial hinges and it actually is the same locking latch as the other cabinets. So far we haven’t had any issues. It’s pretty tight. 😊 We are catching up on the videos and have documented our trip from St. Pete thru the Bahamas so far. They’ll be great videos and lots of fun! Next one comes out next Friday. Thanks for sharing the journey!
@@SailingWindTherapy just replying to say thanks for getting back to me and also because I know it helps TH-cam offer ‘active’ videos... you deserve more views. :)
TBH, I usually get bored by "in depth tours" of live aboards. Ya'll aren't boring. Lots of good info, presented well. THX...however I was looking forward to a COMPLETE tour of your boat...not just part of it... edit: I'm a jarhead. I learned that the best way to maximize space in your seabag was to roll everything up. If you're careful, you can actually roll up dress uniforms in such a way to maximize space, but to do so without wrinkling your uniforms...just saying...
Thanks for the comment. We tried to show the things we did to convert the boat from charter version to our home. I suppose at some point we should do a simple boat tour since others asked too (although I think everyone saw a lot of the boat in this video) . We usually did the role thing when we were both traveling for work all the time. We think our way let’s us see most of the clothes but rolling is worth a try too. Oh and THANKS for your service!
Hello, we're glad you like our channel. There's a man in Dania Beach, FL (just south of Ft. Lauderdale) named John Brault. (Spelling may not be correct.) He makes and installs them. If you're interested, let me know and I'll get you his information. And thanks for watching.
You got it all covered. Tools, laundry, communication. All your upgrades. Do you have to do an iPad or can you use non apple? I dumped windows and installed Linux, much better. Not a geek, all software is free, endless choices.
We us iPads as a backup to the navionics chart plotter, as a separate chart plotter using different charts, and also for an anchor alarm. You can use any non-apple product too I suppose.
We pretty much showed everything in the video 😊 Can you go back and watch some of the other videos which will show you lots more? Otherwise, let us know what you think is missing. Thanks for watching!
Great tour/info. We're in the market for a good first aid kit. You mentioned you got a "cool" first aid kit from Landfall. Could you share the details? Thx
Hi! We bought their largest kit. When we got it, it came in a soft case. Now it comes in a hard case that floats. The kit consists of separate bags, with easy to read labels, each containing first aid items and instructions based on injury. Very user friendly. I hope this helps. And let us know if we can answer any other questions for you. Thanks for watching!
Also, we’re putting out a video in a few days from the Annapolis boat show where we share our favorite booths and we’ll show the kit in it. Stay tuned!
Hi Kerry, we’re really not sure actually. The solar arch is probably the heaviest thing and that’s not too bad. 100 feet of extra chain too but we’d trade extra weight for that safety feature in a heartbeat. What we do know is that she still rides pretty high in the water. People have actually told us that. What we also know is that we’re not going to win any races against an FP or HH or Gunboat. Actually one of our friends on a new HH50 performance cat was complaining to us that he didn’t catch any fish in the Bahamas this year while we caught some good ones. It’s because he was sailing too fast!
Hi, How did you get the washer/dryer into that Laundry space. Are the companion ways /doors and hatches not too narrow? Great renovation- well done Craig
We have a Splendid WD2100XC. It's the vented model. And we weren't there when Just Catamarans installed it. So I really don't know about the installation. I just know that it works.
Hi Bill. Not sure if we did one specific to the differences between a Crewed yacht and a Bareboat yacht but we did talk a bit about it here: th-cam.com/video/qAydimz4TWo/w-d-xo.html Also I think we talked a little about it in our very first video when we picked her up. But…we’d be happy to email or chat with you about it. Just let us know! 😊
Love the humor in all your videos. Question about your countertop icemaker. Do you store ice made by this icemaker in the freezer and do the ice nuggets get all stuck together when stored or do they freeze well and stay apart? Also which model did you buy and does it have the self cleaning function? Lastly, where can the sugarscoop "step" be purchased? Thank you.
Hi Ubi, we only use the counter top ice maker when we have guests. Otherwise, we have a few ice trays that work fine for the two of us. The cubes from the maker are kind of small, but we get a new batch every 6-9 minutes. The first few batches are a bit weak, but they get pretty solid after about 30 minutes. And yes, we store them in the freezer in a bag. It works great. Thanks for watching. I hope you continue to enjoy our videos.
@@SailingWindTherapy Thank you for the details. I'm trying to decide if we need a full time icemaker on the boat or just a countertop, my wife puts ice in everything. In a couple of years we might even run into you guys somewhere. Waiting on our FP Elba45.

You guys did some awesome upgrades. Cutting hole in wall for food storage access. And Utility room so smart!!!!
Thanks! We’ll take credit for the utility room but we got lots of great ideas from the others who came before us.
Hello! We are a family of three that just purchased a leopard 45 to start the same adventure as you. I really love all the additions that you have made to your boat and if possible I would like to discuss it with you to learn a little bit more if you agree of course! Thank you so much!
Of course! We currently have crappy cell service here in the Exumas. When do you guys want to talk?
I can’t believe I’m just finding your channel.
Well, welcome aboard! It may be fun if you start from the beginning. Adrienne’s editing has greatly improved since the start. 😁
Looks like a beautiful life. Loved it! Thank you.
You’re very welcome!
Awesome couple you guys rock. Love the total idea of water floating life. Enjoy the details you guys put into your passion, BEAUTIFUL spot to float, enjoy guys. Definitely will sub to the channel.
Thanks and welcome to the journey!
Thank you for the thorough tour of you home and explanations of the upgrades and enhancements.
You’re very welcome!
My first episode with you guys and it was great! Thanks for walking us through. Your home is amazing, and you inspire this Indiana boy to spend some time over blue water!
Glad you liked it. We’re hoping this inspires others. Thanks for watching!

Thank You...Really enjoyed your video. Beautiful Re-fit....1st timer on your site but will now start at the beginning and live vicariously through your dream/reality. Too old for my reality...wish I had started earlier. Rock On You Two. Lachium
Thanks and welcome aboard!
I love the conversion of the his and her heads, I assume his is the one closest to the laundry room. :)
She has to pee like 10 times per night so she gets the closer head. Also she hates walking past my frequently uncleaned head so forward is better 😄
awesome job on the conversion..and also on the video. Thanks
You're very welcome!
I like you dual focus on the full cockpit enclosure: comfort and especially safety (haven't heard before the argument that the enclosure stops ppl "run" out without thinking, but it makes sense)
Yea, I (Jeff) have been accused of being a little impulsive on occasion😜
What beautiful people that TH-cam brought just me to! Subscribed
Thanks so much! That’s very kind.
Super guys! Hope you are enjoying yourselves over there. Thanks for the boat tour!
Thanks for the information, I also think that the electronic part is not boring so please keep learning and teaching thanks...
Anyway ..... love talking the nuts and bolts of a boat. Thanks for the memories.👍😃
Thanks! We’re glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks David. Someone else also mentioned that too. We just picked one up and will try it tomorrow. Redundancy is good!
You guys are awesome! Thanks for the really cool tour of your boat. Hope to meet you guys someday. Cheers!
Thanks!
Happy 4th!
liked because you replaced your Mainsheet to match your eyes! 👁 Love it ❤️⛵️🥰
Well...that and I accidentally shredded the original. 😜
Thanks so much!
Awesome review and tour! I love following your voyage. Hope to see you when you return. Stay safe! Wishing you fair winds and following seas!
Thanks!!! We hope to see you all in July!
You made a lot of creative upgrades. Thanks for sharing.
A lot of the upgrades we made were made previously by other Leopard 45 owners who shared their ideas. But that laundry room was all ours. We love everything we did. Thanks for watching, and we're glad you found it informative.
Muy bueno !!!! Me gustaron mucho todas las modificaciones que realizaron.
Muchas gracias!
Very informative and educational. Thank you captain.
My pleasure!
Very well done video, lovely home you have there. Great ideas for any long haul sailors. Thanks for sharing.

Check them out:
th-cam.com/video/90WBiuvSqbk/w-d-xo.html
Love the boat and all that you have done
Thank you. We are very happy with it. Glad you enjoyed it.
You guys did an awesome job! A price break down would of made this video Epic though.
You know that’s a really good point! We’re thinking about putting out a new Addendum type of video where we recap the changes and add the costs associated with each item. What do you think?
It cost a lot.
Super vlog guys, thank you very much for such detailed tour of you beautiful cat 🤗👌
It’s our pleasure! Thanks for liking the video!
Love you two--clear informative and fun thank you
You’re very welcome. We’re about to put out a video following up on this one which has all of the costs associated with each upgrade. It should be out in a week. Thanks for watching!
Kent at ‘Just Catamaran’ could easily cut that hamper down to a smaller size & add you a drawer above it.
I think we gave Kent quite enough money at this point. 😊😄. We just stuck a basket at the bottom and keep the laundry soap in it now. So it worked out well. Thank you for the suggestion though.
@@SailingWindTherapy Excellent choice.
beautiful boat! Come visit Paraty - Rio de Janeiro! Cheers
Someday!
Thanks for the walk through and great advice! Happy sails!
Thanks for watching Bryn. We’re happy to share
Great use of space in the starboard forward cabin!
Thank you! It really evolved to be a perfect fit for us.
Really nice work guys! Thank you so much.
Thanks and it’s our pleasure!
I loved the laundry room. If you do not mind me asking, what did that conversion cost?? That changed the game on that boat and added so much storage! More than one "free" Just Catamaran bag worth I am sure.
Thanks! Just PM us your contact info.
We miss U and U. 💘😻💜💛💚

We miss you guys too! But we’ll be able to see you soon! Glad you got your new store worked out!
Thank you for this presentation. Very interesting.👍

Great video. Thank you!

Just found your channel, and I will follow you!
Great couple and good videos.
Thanks Andor! Where are you from?
@@SailingWindTherapy I just bought a Leopard 40 catamaran, and it's named "Snowbird of Norway", so you can guess. :)
It has been used as a liveaboard and sailed in the Mediterranean by the previous owner, so it is more or less ready for sea.
I was in Gone with the Winds channel too!
@@lacricademarta you were in one of their videos?
I also watch Gone with the Wynns and a few others and this pop-up a recommended. This was a great and super helpful tour! I will definitely keep following along with Sailing Wind Therapy's journey. Who knows, maybe one day I'll get my wish to live like this too!
Хорошая работа. Все сделано с любовью
Awesome video....enjoyed watching....
Thanks very much!
Excellent
Thanks for the video. Do you have any videos or pictures of the bed removal?
We have a picture somewhere of the room totally stripped down. Does that help? If you want it just pm us your email.
great Vid, really made me think about a charter version insted of a owners cat, many thanks
At least you know you have options now. We absolutely love our his/her heads along with our laundry/storage/work room. Good luck and thanks for watching!
wow I loved the ideas ... just need a boat now lol
Step 1: get the boat. Step 2: use the ideas. 😀🤪
Great video
Thank you very much!
Enjoyed the video. Looking for a new bbq, which one is on your rail? Thanks in advance!
Thanks! The bbq is Force10. We really love it and it works great.
Great tour guys. Love your beautiful home. ❤️

Awesome! I’m in town till June 6th. Would love to see you guys.
@19:09 Do you guys have a video about the John steps? There's about 10 places on the Lagoon 52 that I'd put these to save my poor "office" feet. ;)
We don’t have a specific video on it but it was done by John Brault in Ft Lauderdale. His company is : www.solarcat.us
Save your Office Feet! 😁
Can you do a video on the investment of your Leopard, charter numbers, if investment was worth it for you to buy after and live aboard?
Hi Helen, did you watch the video we did with Leopard where we talked about our situation? If not, please give it a watch and see if that answers some of your questions. If it doesn’t, let us know. 😊

i think it maybe ikich is short for I-Kitchen , love the boat perfect size for a couple
Very Nice sailors 🙏👏👏🙌🇧🇷
Thank you!
Great video. 👏
Thanks Doug! It was fun making it.
We are catching up on the videos and have documented our trip from St.
@@tonyfromaus7855 well then...thanks so much once again!
Living on a catamaran has become my dream recently. Just curious if there are still lots of bugs / mosquitoes in tropical waters?
Lots!
Best Sailing channel! Where do you buy the John step? Please advise
Thank you this was very helpful.
Glad we could give back to the community?
Meant to put a ! Not a ?
Please do a full tour of your home!😁
We pretty much showed everything in the video 😊 Can you go back and watch some of the other videos which will show you lots more? Otherwise, let us know what you think is missing. Thanks for watching!
EXCCELENT VIDEO. THANKSSS
You are most welcome!
Stay tuned!
How much weight do you think you have added to the boat post upgrades. Look'n good!
Lovely video.
Thanks so much! All of the fun stuff in the Bahamas is about to be released. Stick around! 😊
@@SailingWindTherapy most certainly Will. You remind me of Barbra.
Ship shape!
Hi, How did you get the washer/dryer into that Laundry space. Are the companion ways /doors and hatches not too narrow?
Great renovation- well done
Craig
I am curious as well to know what is your washer dryer model and maker?
We have a Splendid WD2100XC. It's the vented model. And we weren't there when Just Catamarans installed it. So I really don't know about the installation. I just know that it works.
Very informative.
Thanks!
bad elf gps tracker can be used to sync to the non cellular iPad to allow it to get gps,
Thanks! We picked up a Garmin and it’s working great. We’re thankful for the great suggestions.
Which video talks about the differences in a crewed moorings boat? I can't seem to find it.
Hi Bill. Not sure if we did one specific to the differences between a Crewed yacht and a Bareboat yacht but we did talk a bit about it here: th-cam.com/video/qAydimz4TWo/w-d-xo.html
Also I think we talked a little about it in our very first video when we picked her up.
But…we’d be happy to email or chat with you about it. Just let us know! 😊
Thx a lot for those videos

Great video!!!! Is it possible for me to talk with you guys regarding your charter catamaran purchase experience, I am looking into doing the same.
Hi Johan, we’d be happy to talk. Please private message us at svwindtherapy@gmail.com your contact info and a few good times for you.
Congrats on the FP! She’s a beautiful boat.
Mahalia ( spelled correctly ? ) for me, looks very close to Dolly Parton. lol !!!!.
