Mam agar Mai Parantha ja chapatii bnao toh woh bhout hard ho jante hai. Plzz koi advice dena mam

Atta change karke dekhiye. Lokwan gehu ka atta try karke dekh sakte hain. Uski chapati/ parathe soft bante hain. Chapati ya Parathe ka atta gundh kar usko 10-15 minute dhank kar rakhiye. Fir dobara thoda sa tel istemal karke fir se gundhna. Fir chapati/ parathe banaiye. Gas ki flame medium-high par rakhiye. Gas ki flame low rakhte hain tab bhi chapati/ parathe hard hote hain.
