My dear , i am sorry but you need to do a lot of reading first. Pakistan is called "Islamic republic of Pakistan" and have adopted sharia for both civil and criminal codes. I don't know what do you mean by full fledged islamic country. No country was full fledged islamic country but was shoved down people's throats by force. Indians were too civilized(see prithviraj let go ghori 16 times, akbar killed a wounded hemu etc)but later we learnt mistakes(like shivaji who introduced gurilla tactics)

Pakistan has gradually developed an identity crisis. There's a confusion between "Muslim First" or "Pakistani First". And yes, there is a difference between two. And to make the matter worse, Pakistani cannot erase the effect of Indian culture they share from past and now getting through media, esp. Bollywood movies.
