Manoj de Cochin , Salman Rushdie would have suffered the same treatment like authors such as Aubrey Menen, Paul Courtright, Jaime Laine, Charlie Hebdo, Suzanna Arundhati Roy and D N Jha.. (just to name a few). It is difficult to expect someone who lives within confines to understand where these artists come from. In that, Hindus are not different from Muslims.
