What a difference they make, when the loader is freshen up it will be a fine machine
All the Massy needs now to look really good is extend the back mud gard for the big tyres 🚜👍😉

Great spell of weather Adrian, tractor looks well on its new wheels well worth the money when your needing good contact, spreads the weight much better, great drone work as usual, I know what you mean about the ring worm I hate seeing it on calfs but it spreads so easy once you get it sorted on you beast you need to give the whole shed a good disinfectant down, that does help for the next lot, very enjoyable as usual
Great video Adrian,been wandering when massey gets new shoes,tractor sits nice and looks level,hopefully calving hasn’t been to much stress for you.good to see you making sure you’re safe up and down hills.

I think you will need the extensions for the rear mud guards to stop the side windows getting covered in spray off the wheels.

Night and day with the old and new tyres Adrian. You will have to get wheel arch extensions for the rear of the tractor now as the rear tyres are out beyond the rear wheel arches 👍

Really looks the part now! Once the loader is spruced up it will be showroom! Was sad to see the Case go but the Massey 5460 is a massive improvement and can do so much more. Thanks again for all the videos, not from a farming background but have learned so much. Looking forward to seeing the slurry go out and your thoughts on the dribble bar. Gerry6420 seemed well impressed with his and says he got used to it quickly so I'm sure you will too.
Cheers lad, we all loved the case but his is just better suited for us. Had the dribble bar out yesterday, it wasn’t as straight forward as our ground is challenging but we’re learning with each load, video to come soon on that

Tractor is a beast with them wheels man Adrian good stuff.
An ideal instrumental tune by a 1958 group, the String-a-longs would be nice listening to while the tractor is fitted with new tyres, the tune was Wheels.
So good looking with new wheelse. U should get extra mud guards on backwheels to to prevent stones and dirt flying up🤩

You can get clip-on skins for the back mudguards for the stop the mop on the wide tyres coming up on your tractor
Not sure if you can get them for this model 🤔, can get extension though for the back
They about a 4 of 5 inch strip to clips up onto your own mudguards on the back

Hi Adrian,
Tractor looks the job. Just wanted to add that anyone thinking of changing tyres and rims should be very careful about the ratio between front and back tyre. Small change in ratio can put massive pressure on the MFWD drop box and front hubs. (Speaking from experience).
The ratio is critical, i done a lot of checking on that before they were fitted. Very good point Michael 👍

Coming from Scotland our farm is on hill ground and we always take our wheels out front and back it’s what you have to do any way thought you might have painted guards with black smooth hammerite spray
Great improvement to the tractor just unfortunate that the valves are to the inside. Makes altering or checking pressure a pain.
Great to on how to shorten the lock on the tractor
Tractor is amazing Adrian, maybe you might need to sus out when planting trees, u might need them for 2023 and new cap, i honestly dont know my self but just throwing the thought out there.

Mine grounds is a tougher experience, it won’t look near as straight forward that for sure. Gerry has great flat ground in Louth

Look well. Rims for 520/70 would be wider, same as your other tractor on 600/65. A use spare tyre would have suited both tractors.

Yes it's in the name tractor = traction= good suitable tyres. You now what works for your set up. A little lick of paint on the loader and she's well set up for you. Intrigued about this tattoo?

Them alliance tyres are class our Massey 5410 has then alliances on it since factory 2014 still 80% on then 😂

Looks the part now only thing to watch when the front axle oscillates mudguards might hit the loader or brackets .
I’d run the back around 24/25 psi and the front at 18/19 with the loader with out it I’d be doing 16 psi
