    Brought back memories working for Abbey Retail (Massey Main Dealer) back in the early 2000's. Always hated working around un propped loaders. Those perkins engines are really shoehorned in there. The Sisu engines were even worse!

    Good job with the tractor
    Just a tip the back leakage pipe on the injector will only put out diesel when the injector is fireeing ie when the tractor is running the Inection will only bring up fuel to the pump
    Good job though

    Hi Adrian on the last injector on the return. That will be another rubber return hose back to your filter or pump is it not. Would be worth a change if it is, at another time. There will be a lot of heat in there with them injectors covered over them not doing the rubber any good. Well done with the fund raiser on last vid.

    Once again equipment designed by a designer, without the input of a mechanic and the end user. It takes twice as long to remove everything as it does to complete the job. And I am sure that's not the place where you want a pice of rubber hose being pushed onto a fitting when it's under pressure. Love watching you on the farm and working with your equipment.

    • @michaelmcnamara7971
      @michaelmcnamara7971 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Deere's have the same issue with braided fuel line, fortunately they are down running the fuel supply to the fuel pump and return the tank, They let air into the fuel system making it hard to start. Replace with full rubber hose. bobs your uncle.

    As been said. Very common problem today on tractors. Biodiesel eats fuel lines. JD tractors have a lot of problems with main fuel lines. Looks as MF has the same problem.Copy part hoses seem to last longer than genuine part. Better to keep a roll in stock. It's a lot cheaper. I know of tractors that have to have new hoses every 6 months. My Deutz fuel lines are all steel so never had issue. Biodiesel causes more problems than it solves.

    Ferguson are not going to be happy with you Adrian, it is a very common fault but to show how easy it is to fix it, now that's another story, I think it has been poor quality pipe fitted at the factory, ground is starting to dry out hopefully another week or so and we will be into drier weather getting lighter has made a big difference as well, looks a strong calf but then she is a big cow, any way very enjoyable as usual Adrian keep up the good work
