This is a rather interesting recipe you gave us but if you wanted a much better chocolate spinach cake, all you have to do is add Fetta cheese and you then have your very own Big Fat Greek Chocolate Spinach & Cheese cake. My four yr old grand daughter makes asks to watch the Groban Gardens videos 10 x's a day. She loves the recipes. LOL Too funny. She wants to teach you how to cut the apples correctly. :) Thanks
