Have this and for the price it is ok value (we paid around £370 in 2024). However, it is heavy, the battery doesn’t last long (needs a full recharge after 20 miles) and is beginning to do some strange things. The front light is beginning to randomly flash, the throttle is intermittent (we didn’t buy it to use like an e-scooter so we’re surprised this was possible in the first place!) The heaviness becomes an issue you run out of battery power as it is very awkward to ride without power. For 50% more spending you can get a considerably better bike imho. PS the foldability adds negligible value as it still takes up a lot of room in the car boot.
Thanks for chiming in. Depending on the use case, a larger bike can be a better choice. At my size, these mini's are really only novelty's to play around with from time to time. I mainly ride larger folding and fat tire ebikes. Ton's of options out there as well.
@@GadgetInspector Tons of options but not for the price of this bike unfortunately. All depends on your needs of course… we live in London but if you live further out then your needs change.
That, sir, was an excellent video review! Personally id prefer a removable battery..so you could carry a spare. Unfortunately where i live is hilly and wet and im not fit anymore otherwise Id buy one..:)
Hey Jose. Yes I’ll have to look into that as the effective date approaches. My Anafi and most of the budget gps drones will need an affordable remote ID module option. I imagine as the rule matures we’ll see options and prices come down. I’ll look into it.
This bike looks exactly like the Jetson Bolt Pro in everyway almost like they bought some and put there own name on it lol didn't even try to make it look different
Fixed battery fixed gear low speed , its a throw away bike with a lithium battery. More explodable throw aways in the name of climate lol. Burning waste sites

Great review brother, cool ebike! I like the portability factor, it will fit it any trunk of back seat so you can take it anywhere and ride👍🏽
Yup, definitely the best thing about this one.
I got the same model. I love it, i put a cell phone holder on and some side mirrors .💯👍🏽😄 Thanks for the video very helpful.
Yea a lot of folks really get creative with adding accessories and modifying these.

This is a cool, everyman's review of a superfun bike. The only add-on for me is an off-set bike seat post (aka: Layback seatpost).
Hey I appreciate that. If you google it I'm sure you'll find folks that have modified this thing.
@@GadgetInspector Oh man, it's wild what they've done modding it!
Am amazed at some reviewers calling these ugly they look pretty dope to everyone I meet including hot chiicks!
They have a lot of different applications too. A teacher at my kids school has a bum foot and uses a mini e-bike to get around.
They get pretty good range but a lot more fun for rides of 10 miles max avoiding steep hills!
Exactly. This is definitely not for long commutes or taking on large inclines.

Take a look at this one: th-cam.com/video/mAY5C1aELYk/w-d-xo.html. It has a removable battery and is about the same size, maybe a wee bit larger.
I bought one of theses and used it to go to the store a mile away from my house, It was ok
Oh it should do that kind of stuff pretty well. As long as there's no steep hills along the way.
Pump up tires to recommended pressure you will get more range a guy your size 45psi
I've sold this one already, but I thought I did that. Something for the new owner to consider now.
Have you noticed when you're going downhill, the motor could be charging the battery? Some people say it does.
Not this one. There are models that have that feature. I think the budget models wouldn’t generate very much but still a cool feature to have.
Hello gadget inspector. I already have the jetson pro. Are you going to be doing any videos on remote id the module you can mount on your drone.

Neat !
Wht typa of charger does it take for the charging port and where can I buy one
Try the DYU website.
How are the tires? Are they tubeless. And did u have any problems to this day?
The tires aren't tubeless. I've since sold this bike as well. I should have another DYU coming in at some point.
im thinking about getting one but how fast does it go with only trothel power like without no pedaling?
I forget, I no longer have it. Could have sworn I covered the various speeds thoroughly in the video.

Yea, a LOT of Chinese made products come from the same factories and just get licensed by different companies.
@@GadgetInspectoryes it is the same bike !
What is the name of the app
This one doesn't come with an app.
Turn Signals?
No turn signals on this one.
@@GadgetInspector pretty neat little bike; I like the portability feature.
In addition to keeping a drone in the car with me, I may take this along too when I’m gonna be out and about.
Yes, it has turn signals. They are called arms. 😊
