Javelina Hunt: We Hunt Pigs Next To The Southern Border - Border Patrol Is Everywhere

- Hunting Javelina in Az proved to be harder than I thought. We have hunted pigs before but there was a lot going on near the Mexican border. Border Patrol was in full force with the recent political tensions. There were people all throughout our hunting area. I probably wont put in for that area until things cool down a little bit down south. Overall, we were blessed with a safe and exciting hunt. Thanks for watching and I'll See You Outdoors!

I have a question, I live in California and hunting here pretty much sucks because of the laws, but me and my friends are thinking of going opening weekend of Dove hunting. Do you know any specific locations near California?
I dove hunt near a town called Ridgecrest in SoCal but it's not that great. I'm still looking for a good spot. Let me know if you find one
Try the Yuma, Arizona area.
I know this is old, but central California has the awesome dove spots. Little farm towns near Fresno, dove everywhere (also quail & a few chukar, even some pheasant!). Hunting is done by permission on farm land, and is big-big fun!

I stopped by my cousins house and there were Javelina running around... I wanted to whip out the crossbow haha. It's not worth losing my hunting license though. I guess I'll wait until next year

Yeah if you do any hunting or fishing by the usa/mexico border you will see alot of border patrol agents and sometimes illegals, il share this that time myself and some buddys were fishing way out there by the usa/mexico border etc we were so far away from the nearest city as we were fishing and had our camp site etc it was pretty hot out then we saw a group of people walking we knew they were illegals that had on there back packs and water jugs, as they came torward us there was five of them three guys and two women one was a older woman she looked like she was very tired cause of the heat a buddy of mine put her in his truck turned on the ac so she could cool off they had wads of cash that they wanted to give us but we did not take it all we did was give them our extra breakfast jacks and let them cool off gave them cold water to take and gave them a flashlight and some gatorade then off they went..now i know what they were doing was illegal but gah damn?? at the time we all decided just to help those people out you know no way were we just going to leave them hanging like that in the heat you know...triped out huh!
Thanks for sharing... we would have done the same. I'll help out anybody in need.... they find people dead out there all the time cause their feet blister up and they can't walk anymore. A humans life is precious no matter where they are from.

I just went on my first javalina hunt, There are a few zones, you can hunt them in AZ all year,,,under depredation tag but very low number in those zones. I did not see any but called in lots of coyotes.
